ReplyDeleteSomething not so similar is going on in my compound, but in this case it's A man of about 80years that is blind n lives with his son and family. was present the day he was brought, it's going to 4 years now, the man is locked inside the house in a room. In this 4 years,I ve never seen them take him out, or even sit outside for fresh air. he's just constantly locked inside.
ReplyDeleteAt a point I thought he wasn't around anymore, until one night I went to turn off the tank n I heard him speaking in his dialet screaming. I peeped and saw him on a bed without covers, a piece of bread on a silver plate,he looked so skinny it was heartbreaking. I tried talking to my neighbor to atleast bring him outside to sit for a while. The next time I noticed, his windows were shut.
Can't imagine the mental n physical torture that man is going thru, feels like they are waiting for him to die
At least inform the landlord/caretaker of what is going on.

DeleteThe woman when young used farm to train him so that he will train his siblings or help then financially since their dad died early.
She said he was the most intelligent that's why she choose him.my dear this woman died a very painful death swearing for the son,the next thing after the death of the woman,the lecturer began having liver abi kidney problem which drained him till he died.
The last time I saw the wife,she was looking unkempt.

ReplyDeleteLook for any means possible to tip the securities around your area about what you've seen, either by writing a letter or by anonymous phone call.
Just make sure they are home anytime you're making the call so they can raid and rescue the poor old man.
