    I am so angry right now. In fact, I'm so frustrated right now. Nigeria bank have been dealing with me since Sunday.

    Sunday was FCMB. I did a transfer of 10k on Sunday morning, I was debited but not credit. Now they asked me to wait till 1st of January.

    Now today, I'm supposed to be on my way to Anambra now. Went to a supermarket to get some stuff this morning before hitting the road.

    Only for me to want to pay and my card was declined after they must have used up to three POS...

    I decided to go to the ATM, my card was declined AGAIN!

    I was just running around like a headless chicken. Decided to try out a POS stand, I was being told insufficient fund. This is an account with upto 20k amount in it. Okay, I tried 5k and 4k, let me just know if it will go through.

    It still said insufficient fund and declined.



    Before you know it, I started receiving debit alert.
    First from that of the supermarket.

    Second from that of the POS stand.

    This one now is Zenith bank.

    I had to enter Keke to a Zenith bank branch only for them to tell me to come back in the next 24hours to lay my complaints.

    Now, I'm back to my house in Uyo feeling so angry, dejected and frustrated. In fact, I'm just here shedding stupid tears.

      Jesi, I feel your pain.
      Maybe you should look at this frustrating disappointment as a blessing in disguise or a lesson to be learnt.

      Please, when next you have a declined POS transaction, don't try more than twice. Ask the merchant/business owner if you could make a transfer via Mobile Banking app.
      Collect your POS receipts for declined/insufficient fund. If you were debited for those declined transactions, take the receipts to your bank and fill a dispense error form to claim back your money.
      It takes 24hours if the POS you used is the same with bank that issued Card.
      However, if it's another bank POS different from the bank that issued your Card, it takes 72 hours.

    It’s my silver wedding anniversary today and I just have to say, THANK YOU LORD
    I testify that He’s always been in charge; teaching us to love, encourage and help each other in this journey of life.
    God gave me a friend, lover, carer, and brother in a husband. I was asked to describe him at his 40th birthday celebration and I said that he’s simply a good man.
    A decade later, my daughter said that she wholly sees in him how a man should love his family.
    I thank God for my life too as I also bring some things to the table by His grace...lol.
