THE THREE COMMANDMENTS OF CHRISTMAS:

Of all the things he said, "Do in remembrance of me", CHRISTMAS wasn't one of them.

No doubt it is good for a man to be active in his service for GOD,and it is necessary for everyone to grow in their capacity (ie be able to spread out in covering more service for GOD).
ReplyDeleteBut dearly beloved,I don't want you to be deceived.... do not allow your service take the place of your fellowship with GOD!!.
So many believers are occupied with so much service that they have no time for the GOD of the service himself . They are busy with evangelism on platform A,are very much engaged with Choir demands on platform B,are very much into the protocol department on platform C,are the host leaders of the visitation and welfare team in another platform.... infact you can virtually find them as very active workers in any happening revival meeting and are always deep head into anything they can find .
Now if GOD has blessed you with such energy and Grace to do so,then please you can go ahead.... but if these activities do not give you avenue/time to also have QUALITY personal fellowship with GOD,then please cut down the amount of activities you are engaged in!!. So many Christians are so engaged with numerous activities that they don't even have time for GOD and honestly they think they are really covering more grounds for him and are active participants of the kingdom service
The enemy wants to ensnare our generation with activities,that they lose sight of Fellowship ....Until you can sit down with GOD, you can't maximize your usefulness in his vineyard!!.
Do not be deceived....GOD WILL NOT FIX YOU IN ANY ACTIVITY THAT WILL NOT ALLOW YOU HAVE TIME FOR HIM!!!
