1) Get another Android device,Download all the latest apps you need there,then transfer to your own phone through "Xender".it will update yours after installation.OR
2) Get another Android device;switch on the "Wi-Fi Hotspot" and connect your phone via wifi,then check if your app store will open with it..OR
3) Flash your device firmware and install a new one,the new one will surely come with an app store functioning properly..
Flashing is between #1000 to #1500 For Android..
Any of the above option will get the job done..
