  10. I had a cup of cappuccino. That's all. I can't eat anything else today. Yesterday I ordered Chinese and now I feel sick. No more Chinese food for me. The thought alone makes me🤮. For lunch I will have only Lipton tea and bread because I can't stand to eat anything else right now. I regret ordering chinese food, I should have just ordered pizza or sushi. Lesson learned.

  12. Making ofada sauce and quantity of each ingredients to use is based on the size you want to make.

    Ingredients:

    Properly bleached oil
Green peppers (I mix mine with red peppers) while some use only the green peppers
    Enough onions
goat meat or any meat/fish you choose to use
    cleaned smoked dried fish
    Well cleaned ponmo
    Well cleaned Crayfish/prawns
    Well cleaned Locust beans

The ingredients are added step by step and it depends on you ( you can add as much ingredients as you want)

And your magic hands is a special ingredient that gives it the perfect taste😂🤣
