Nigeria’s Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Isa Pantami, delved into exercise mode during a retreat on effective service delivery in Abuja on Monday..









He got into exercise mode in the middle of the retreat to show his audience some exercises they can engage in to enable them deliver services effectively....
