IN HOUSE MEMO

I don't know if i am the only one this happens to but i get tired and run out of ideas of what to cook......And if i don't cook what the kids like,i am stuck with the food cos my hubby will just eat a small portion and leave the rest for me...

Does anyone ever run out of ideas of what to cook?what do you do when that happens?

Today i dont know what to cook but i might end up making mashed potatoes with crunchy drum sticks and corn and brocoli salad....or mashed potatoes and salmon?or with steak?or should i make lasagne?I made all these things last week....
Kurbis soup? ...Even google is tired of my searches...LOL

Who else goes through this?My friends in Nigeria call me to ask for ideas of what to cook,can you imagine?hehehehehehhehe

COORECTING AN IMPRESSION

Dear Stella, could you help me share this in the in house news .

So I saw a post where Stella said some people abused her and called her a bad boss who cannot keep an employer, I am not someone who talks much or know how to flatter but it will be bad if I keep quiet on this.


I worked for Stella. I can tell you now that, Stella is not a bad person to work with. I wish I can work for her again. Stella is the kind of boss that pushes you to release your potentials.
She made me realize I can do more than I thought I could. And I will always be grateful for that.

You may ask,why I stopped if she was such a good boss,I had a personal problem that shattered me emotionally,I could not relate it with Stella who wanted genuinely to be there for me but I am a very private person and I always find it hard to share my problems with others.

The load of the problem weighed heavily on me that I could not concentrate on my work, Life lost it's meaning to me. I took a break from work in the worst way possible. Yet Stella, though pained tolerated me.


Guys,this is not praising Stella but saying it as it is. If I have the opportunity,I will work for her again. She is good. And I mean real good.


To the good lady,I am sorry about all I did. I hope one day you find it in your heart to forgive me. I never meant to hurt you.
I still remain who I told you I am ,a child of God. Battles of life overwhelmed me and I couldn't handle it properly.

I would have reached out before now,but shame has not let me. Please and please find a place in your heart to forgive me. I am truly sorry.





Hmmmmmm.............Thank you for standing up for me but you know what?I have learnt not to worry over what people think of me...I love the bad names cos when they get past it,they love me more than i can explain....E DEY ALWAYS SHOCK THEM.....

Hahahahahahahhaa I am sorry i had to laugh....I cant remember doing this but my Bambinos did it....The first time i saw it nobody could stop me from laughing,I laughed for almost two days....

Then little Bambino said we should go out and he was going to ''dwess up''...he walked back to me and when i looked down at his sandals,i fainted...hahahahahahahhahhahahahahahahahaha

    Yesterday was something else. I was at work and the kids school called around 1:58pm that I should come pick the kids up, meanwhile there was serious protest around my work area. Everywhere was blocked. It was really terrible. Good thing my in-law was at home so I told him to help me.
    Meanwhile I heard there was serious protest at Benin. My colleagues over there couldn't work. They were scared because the protesters entered the plant and told them to stop work immediately. Kai. See panic.
    For the rest of this week, no work for me and no school for the kids.
    It was painful that I couldn't celebrate my baby's birthday yesterday because I returned home pretty late, but nothing spoil.
    Belated happy birthday to my baby and to Bv Paris.
    Congrats to BV priceless gem. You all are beautiful.
    That slippers palava, I call it Peter and Paul. My 4 year old still can't get it right but my 3 year old does.😁😁😁

    The meme... hahaha. I did worse because there were too many shoes from older siblings to select from. I have pictures wearing different shoes and different colors while licking lollipop they always bribe me with and take off.

    I have a time table I stick to but many a time I come home with one or two munching things and menu changes. Haha. When they call to beg for this or that, mostly within purse, I branch na, ndi ana akpalu ego ( they are the people we are suffering for), have to keep them smiling.
    Basically, I bake a lot. I can mix this and that and get the oven popping.
