    1. None of our past leaders were saints. They all had their shortcomings. Shouldn't we celebrate the good they did?

These guys are misguided. Burning down his statue does nothing to his legacy

  4. He is not the cause of Nigeria's problem. Angry people are just looking for where to pour out and vent their frustrations.

  6. Even though not being from the East, I have utmost respect for Nnamdi Azikiwe right from the days of social studies. Its unfortunate that it's his own people that disrespected him like this. What a shame.

    4. Zik betrayed his people , Awolowo told him to leave the "blind" alone, he refused that he wants to be Zik of africa. His people sent him to go and negotiate for peace. What did he do, he gave them condition to send his wife Flora to him. When she arrived, Zik abandoned his ppl. Then took the university to Nsukka not to his people. Rubbish. Let someone else status take that DMGS stand.

  11. I understand the frustration, but things like this actually give the politicians a leeway to enrich themselves even more. All the public properties that have been destroyed will need to be replaced. Their friends and family members are going to be awarded the contracts to do so... and since they know their time is up, prices will be grossly inflated (even more so than before). Something that will cost 50M will be listed as being 250M.

  14. I was there when it happend, they couldnt even burn it down Stella, lol. They tried and tried, destroyed things inside the roundabout, they later hang tire on his neck to burn it,yet the statue kno fit burn down.Right now is still standing,I took the videos myself while they were on it and when police men landed but later ran back to their station when they saw the huge hoodlums gathering more. They applied teargas before they ran,I nearly suffocate that day.

I'm even in one of my cousins house which is a stone throw to the place right now.

    It's still standing.

More atrocities are being carried out in Anambra since this week. They have killed many police men,cut off ones head at ogidi and used it to play ball, burnt ULI court and the police station there today.

Burnt down some other police stations, burnt down Neni,my home town SARS office there early today around 2am.

The hoodlums have done more harm in Anambra states. Most of the police men have freed their stations for them to burn.

Police men are in trouble now.

Obiano needs to do something very fast before they finish up the little infrastructures we manage to get in Anambra state because Buhari kno even send atall.

    3. Anon, the two innocent citizens they killed came to attack the police men so they retaliated. I do not blame them at this time cos their lives is in danger

    4. So sad what’s going on. Well you citizens should do to arm and protect yourselves. I doubt any police man will come to save any of you by the time they unleash themselves to steal, harm individuals and also destroy private property.
