NCDC Records 113 New COVID 19 Cases....

I am just wondering.....These NCDC figures are they collected from phone in people or they are actually testing people and getting these results themselves?

I am asking because they got 51 cases in Lagos when Lagos had curfew.

  10. A colleague of mine due for off rotation tested negative from an approved private testing facility, his flight was delayed a couple of days and the test result expired. He had to take another test in Lagos and they gave him a positive result even though he had not had contact with anybody since his first test. We suspected foul play and had another private facility come take his sample again. He tested negative. These NCDC guys are giving fake result to people in order to shore up the numbers. They do it mostly to expatriates (who do not have choco for head) and poor people who cannot afford to do private testing.
