Of course, there are therapies for flat tummy after 5 kids but it boils down to your discipline.

There's a Fulani powder recipe with rum(mostly Bacardi Superior White Rum because of the aroma) to shed the pouch on your waist region.
It has ground dry ugili(bush mango), hibiscus leaf (zobo), and black pepper( Cameroun pepper).
Shaken and taken with a shot at night.
It's an old traditional drink, from my grandma down to my siblings we all used it. My stomach is almost flat like a tray but not smooth, stripes of honor doesn't go nowhere.
