Regina is the one who is in charge of Ned IG handle, Pa Ned no get time for all these unfollow and follow. These Celebs do it often to get the attention of the bloggers just to trend. people always fall for their stunt. i can imagine how people always know when one unfollows another. Toolz unfollowed her husband sometimes and it was news everywhere, bloggers thought there was trouble in her marriage, as this was trending, she used the opportunity to jet out to UK, where she stayed till she had her baby, nobody even knew she was pregnant, such a way to distract people.
