Stop eating late dinner, eat dinner before 7 pm, do a ginger garlic turmeric and lemon mix, drink it first thing in the morning before meals. Reduce carbs in your food, do away with junks. Use waist trainer (if you feel comfortable with it).It's a process ,be patient and consistent.Cheers.
