A BV mailed me and says he met his wife to be from one of the singles mingles post and that they would be getting married in October in the East of Nigeria.
He included photos and i felt so proud eh........
BV Martins Aboy mailed me saying his son would be Baptized today ....Congrats to the little darling.May all his life's expectation be fulfilled in Jesus name.....

Striving to do better is a good thing, but try to have realistic expectations. Everything in life isn’t black or white; there are grey areas and some ‘in-betweens’. Everything can’t be perfect all the time, and everything isn’t horrible all the time. Deciding to skip a meeting or social event because you’re running five minutes late or have a blemish on your face, or cancelling an entire trip because a flight is delayed, or feeling like a terrible human being over one innocent mistake, is sometimes referred to as ‘polarising’. This leads to frustration and negativity. To maintain your joy in life, you must accept that you won’t be perfect all the time, and neither will the people or things around you. When you expect perfection from life, you tend to expect the same from other people. And that kind of unrealistic thinking not only meets with a great deal of disappointment when your expectations aren’t met, it puts unbearable pressure on the people you care about and can eventually destroy those relationships. Why not give people a break and stop demanding something from them that they have no ability to give you? The apostle James said we all stumble, fall, and offend in many things. So if we all make mistakes – and we do – learn to accept that it’s just part of the human experience, and relax! Question: in what specific ways do you need to be more accepting of the ‘imperfect areas’ in your own life, or in the way someone else’s imperfect areas affect you? And before you answer, think about this: ‘Love is patient, love is kind’ (1 Corinthians 13:4 NIV).

A sick person on hospital bed was visited by relatives. The patient was on an oxygen MACHINE and therefore couldn't speak.
ReplyDeleteAs they stood beside the bed, the patient took a pen and a piece of paper and wrote a note which he gave to one of the relatives who put it in his shirt pocket without reading and they continued with their conversation.
After a few minutes, the patient died. The relative later picked the note from his pocket to know what the dead man had written. And guess what! Sadly the note read.. "please move away from there, you have stepped on the oxygen pipe. I can't breathe again, you are killing me".
Lesson:
Do you postpone reading posts, ? Or do you ignore picking calls because you are already close to the caller. They might be helpful to you or to somebody... particularly at a most critical time.

ReplyDeleteI just recently observed that I have been signed out of my blogger.com. I tried how Martins taught us to open an account for the blog,i tried it,it took me to my gmail but its saying sync experiencing problem. It now put the red signal infront of the gmail sync.
I deleted my account (tried following googles instruction) but its not still working. I removed restrict app,its didnt work too. No wonder i havent been able to receive or send mails.
What do I do? I have 2gmail account and its saying sync disabled for the accounts. I even clicked on sync now but its not working. I also removed all the account,restarted my phone but its still not working,very annoying!

DeleteIf so, it's best you leave your work Gmail on chrome as the default browser, and sign out the other. Then sign-in to the other one on another browser like firefox, puffin, PHX etc...
Open blogger and sign in the one you use for your ID. It should work.

Hello lovely bvs. I have been ttc for almost 4yrs now. We have done all dirts of tests and scans yet nothing seems to be the problem. But i notice after having my morning cereal(cornflakes or fruit&fibre)my tummy always makes a loud kinda noise. I live in England, i am thinking of going to buy YOYO BITTERS from African shop maybe it can help stop the rumbling and also cleanse. Please what do you guys reckon? Advice please.

Try and detox with green juice. You can do it for maybe 3days or 1week. Google green juice and see different recipes.
You will see the difference.
are you sure you are not lactose intolerant? drink the milk alone and see if you get the same stomach issue, if so, you need to stop.

To be honest, most of these bitters don't do jack, save your money.
continue to eat right, stay healthy, consult with your gynae and keep praying. May your heart desire be granted soon.

ReplyDeletePersonal hygiene shouldn't be a gender based thing in as much as it's gross and irritating for a lady to repeat underpant without washing,it's also gross for a guy to repeat boxers without washing.I know some guys actually change their briefs after "one use"-but it would be nice if a larger % of them do this,considering the fact that briefs are affordable-buy them in different colours and designs and quit wearing 1 boxers for 3 days or more before washing.
You guys actually need boxers,yet you complain when ladies give you boxers as birthday gift.
Saturdays are known to be a laundry day....who says you can't wash your boxers on weekdays,wash your boxers during the week while bathing...biko...stop wearing one boxers from Mon-Fri,more reason why you need to buy them more...having 10-15 boxers ain't bad.

Once I close my eyes it's like that's when my brain wakes and different stupid random thoughts will start coming up and I'll toss around till morning. I had to take cough syrup one time just to sleep for only 3 hours sef!
