    4. A useful way to manage the pain is by starting pain medications a day before you period starts. This helps to mask the, making it tolerable. . Married or unmarried, painfull period still occurs.

    7. Ifu since you're soaking fast, it's gradually getting heavy, that was how mine started. Please read more on PCOS, hormonal imbalance, fibroid, and endometriosis. Once you match your symptoms, please follow up on remedies, I particularly don't like surgery. Check out food to cut out.please don't forget to put God first, pray and keep making declarations on your belly and anoint your belly button every day declaring what you want. I thank God for my life. Mine is a miracle. I used the biggest Always pad, it's like half the size of baby pampers and I spend like 7k on pad monthly but God has delivered me. It's a long story but I give God all the glory.

    1. Please anyone reading this who is experiencing severe menstrual pain should get checked for PCOS,endometriosis or fibroids. I am glad I finally got diagnosed, because that gave me an idea of what I was dealing with, and how to take precautions.

  7. Period kwa, in public space? 😮😮
My only problem with this is that when you miss
that period, you do not come to the public space to
tell us what you do to see in again the next month, do you?

    1. Abeg, stop it. Menstruation should not be treated as a taboo topic.

    2. @17:24
"Taboo topic o" or bamboo topic,
Just match your breaks. Gather your used menstrual pads and
pants and spread it on Instagram for all to watch and hail you.
And you skipped my question; what do you do when you start looking for that
period for 2 months, do you bring it online too?

  8. Rubbish
This habit of discussing ones period on social media should stop.
It is annoying, childish and disgusting.
Most females who do this are suffering from Histrionic personality disorder(HPD). Whatever happens during my period concerns me and only me. If I think something is wrong, I'll go see a gynaecologist.

    1. I don’t think you know Ifu, she must talk! Talkative

      Delete
    2. I think it is good to discuss it. Those having issues can have solutions. Many are lucky they don't have any issues, but if you have experienced serious issues you won't mind discussing it to find solutions. Besides why should it be a hidden and taboo subject? If you know what some people are passing through ehnnn..........

      Delete
    3. There is nothing wrong with discussing periods. All these taboo and stigma regarding periods need to stop. It is a human issue. Something millions of women relate to, so why the hush hush?
Go online. A lot of people have offered here sympathies and their own personal experiences because they can relate. Its PERIODS and not a disease.

    4. @Fan focus on the message, if she's a talkative what are you?

Mtcheew I must comment and concur.

    7. Men having a hard on is different from women menstruating. Simple biology. And nobody stopped them from discussing it if they want to.

      Delete
    8. How can you even compare hard on to menstrual pain that some ladies even get admitted in the hospital for? Doesn't make sense.

    9. And after telling the world about how your period treats you; does the pain go away? Does the Flow reduce? What positive outcome do you get from your unnecessary chatter? Yeah, right NOTHING!!!!

    10. And why are you ranting over the place? Is it your period? Leave those who want to share their experiences to share and stop constituting nuisance on the post.

Must you even open every post? If a post doesn't interest you or make sense to you keep It moving.

Why don't you guys discuss how often you cum during sex. The colour of your discharge, texture and smell. Also tell us how wide or tight your lady parts is.... Nonsense

    7. I use my son's diapers...size 4..just slide it in btw like maternity pads.Super comfortable and I can live normally for 5/6 hours. With the other slim ones I was running mad having to locate a toilet every 1/2 hours when at work. Did 2 fibroid surgeries but the truth is they grow back and every surgery is a risk.

  13. First time I saw someone go through period pain was when I visited a coursemate of mine, the pain was excruciating, like she couldn't even walk properly,I became scared and thought there was more to it than just period, but she told me to calm down that it was a normal thing.

Anon 16:01, there is nothing disgusting about discussing period,I used to have period pains when I was new to the game but now aside having mood swings I just dislike (I don't want to use the word hate) my mum for no reason like everything she does annoys me.

I get my periods for two days and that's it infact I use a full pack of pad for two or three months and when it comes it's just like nothing is happening no pain or heavy flow. I thought i had a problem but na lie I have kids male and female and had the most easiest child birth and I'm super fertile oh. I don't even want to talk about my armpit as I've only shaved it few times because hair doesn't grow there.my period is my best friend because our relationship is the sweetest.
