This is an exchange of words between actors Kunle Afolayan and Mike Ezuruonye over an alleged scam call out accusation which went South when one of them tried to joke about it....Please read further to find out what happened and post what you think of it in the comment section...
Hmmmmmm Kunle was wrong in trying to make a Joke out of a scam call out but it is good that he apologised.....Men dont quarrel for long so let me drink water and mind my business oh
I feel Mike has a hand in the scam. Just my opinion because if isn't he would have also laughed about it as it is not a new trick anywhere in the world.
ReplyDeleteHe should laugh about his image being tannish🙄🙄🙄kunle was just happy his image is being rubbished by scammers
DeleteIf not for the word of God I listened to yesterday, I would've called you a fool...a very big one.
DeleteLemme let it slide.
Hmmmmmm
DeleteWilder’s mistress he should joke about his image being tarnished? This has to happen to you so we all can joke about it too.
DeleteCastle Windsor, you already called the person a fool. Don't delude yourself.
DeleteHe should laugh over what? When his integrity is at stake? 😳😳
DeleteWilder's mistress, may your brothers be accused of what they know nothing about and the whole world will actually laugh about it. Imagine the insensitive comment from the mouth of a bird. #spotremover#
DeleteKunle's response sounds like he is happy Mike's name was being linked to the scam/he agrees to the complaint being laid against Mike...he did not defend Mike in the complaint and you said you are only trying to make a joke out of it...that is rubbish
DeleteHe, Kunle needs to work and earn my trust if I see something like this from him as either a colleague or a friend
It's was not funny KUNLE
ReplyDeleteKunle made a mistake by making such accusation a laughing matter. But, the way Mike called him out seems like he has been holding grudges for ages against Kunle.
ReplyDeleteHe even went as far as accusing him of hating Igbo people.
Anyways, they are both very talented well to do movie makers and I like them both.
Not taking side.
Kunle Afolayan did very wrong and fucked up big time...Mike Ezu has been saying it since time immemorial he has been putting up disclaimers and has begged his followers to always report such scam pages..What happened to DM the details to Mike Ezu to look into this cause I believe those scammers posing as Mike Ezu duped the guy who sent the message..Rather he posted it on his page, it is very wrong, it gives the impression that Mike had a hand in it and this will damage the image of Mike Ezu (Defamation to say the least)..Kunle did very wrong abeg 👎👎..The tribal part I dunno sha..
ReplyDeleteMike is a scammer! I repeat Mike Ezuruonye is a scammer! He has another namesake called Mike but they call that one Mr Mike. He is Ezuruonye while the other one is Enyinnaya. Kcee too used to do it with them in those days. They were notorious gigolos duping older women. They both grew their business using older women for money. Gigolos that will date and promise older women marriage, profess all the love, act romantic but will later dupe them and blackmail them with sensitive information. We knew the other Mr Mike at the airport that time with our female boss. They warned her tire but she never listened. People suspected jazz. Before then he had married an older woman who sponsored him. She played a huge part in his success and he later dumped her to marry a small mgeke. His excuse was that he wanted kids but he has a daughter in delta state he abandoned for years. Guess it was boys he was looking for.
ReplyDeleteMike Ezuruonye didn’t make it like the others because while they were investing and moving contraband, he was flexing and focusing on his acting. He now ended up as their boy boy and their relationship is somewhat strained. I can beat my full chest anywhere to say Mike Ezurounye is a scammer. He had better be careful because one day one of those married will damn the consequences and get him arrested. If Mike sees a successful older woman all his body will be shaking and he will be so restless till he collects her number. Mike how long will you continue this way? Your fellow gigolos have retired you’re still here with your gray bia bia scamming women.
I wish I could say more but they will know who I am. Let’s watch how it all unfolds.
You can beat ur chest and say it yet u are going anonymous??? 🤣🤣🤣
DeleteAn older woman sleeping with a younger guy bu ihe ohuru ya were simple. A 50 year old grandma letting a small boy as young as her sons ride her nakedness is an idiot!!! What manner love will he profess to let you turn yourself into a whore.
DeleteThe women's pay is good, great mind blowing sex
The guys get the cash.
They are both con artists.
Never excuse an older lady dating a younger guy who duped her. O bu Ete? What pains them most times is the mind blowing sex the miss. Those guys give them porn - like sex, its a job so they need their pay.
No be only love
Mtchewwww
Anon 11:42 may God forgive you. You are a tribalist. And it is only tribalism that can make you talk this way against your fellow human. Remember we will all give account of all we say or do someday if not now!
DeleteHmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
ReplyDeleteIf you know you know
🚶🏼♀️🚶🏼♀️🚶🏼♀️🚶🏼♀️🚶🏼♀️🚶🏼♀️🚶🏼♀️🚶🏼♀️🚶🏼♀️🚶🏼♀️🚶🏼♀️🚶🏼♀️🚶🏼♀️🚶🏼♀️🚶🏼♀️
Some of us know but are afraid to give our opinion because tribalism has entered the mix. The loudest one is usually the most guilty.
DeleteKunle has always said that the Igbos are destroying the movie industry and he’s not denying it.I can quote him from the post he made about piracy years ago. I don’t think he’s hiring Igbo people in his movies like he has insinuated, probably he’s calling non Yorubas as Igbo May be.
DeleteWhat Kunle did was wrong but Mike over did it,he achieved what he wanted to achieve with his tweets and he actually did what he accused Kunle of doing indirectly yesterday, you have issue with Kunle why not attack Kunle and the issue but he just released the bottled anger in him.
ReplyDeleteHmmmmmm it is well with both of them
ReplyDeletePlease let us call a spade a spade.
ReplyDeleteTruth be said, there are so many ladies abroad who have asscused Mike Ezuroneye of scamming them.
I personally have met at least 2 separate women all with proof, I have see the proof with my two korokoro eyes.
So let us not just sit here and pretend. Thank you.
Lmao @ your moniker 🤣😂🤣
DeleteSend the proof to Stella, so we can follow you to see with our eyes
Deleteyes pls send the proof our eyes is less busy 😀😀😀😀😀
DeleteUna too like amebo for this blog 😀, let me find that woman's contact to see if she will agree for me to send to Stella.
DeleteAnd.gang mention the women. It is easy to come on a social media and use a fake ID to destroy another but it is not easy for you to answer for every destructive words you throw.
DeleteKunle should have let it be known that it was an awareness joke but this also proves what I have always felt about mike to be true. Why would u read tribalism into such a thing??? What does being Igbo have to do with the post? I have always felt mike is somewhat immature and this has proved it!!! Mike kindly go back to Biafra so anything that happens can be attributed to hatred of ur tribe. Anyway why am I surprised? An almost albino man that could deny his albino daughter must be kinda one kind!!
ReplyDeleteWow anonymous, what has his albino daughter done to you that you have to bring her into it. Or what has that got to do with anything, shame on you too tribalist and he shoulgmd go to Biafra for what? Because he said Kunle is anti Igbo? Which is a known fact based on Kunle's own words in the past, the only issue I see is that Mike brought a gun to a knife fight, Mike overeacted and ahould have left the anti igbo comment for a more appropriate fight and time.
DeleteLet them give them Biafra now since you all dont want them ans they want to lesve. Nigeria has always been a marraige of conenience for some and a forceful non beneficial one for some. Those enjoying the statusquo want it and those who think they can do better without it want out. Noar be everytime person notice the inconviniene, the tribal warriors ajaguna will say go to biafra.
DeleteKunle is an alabosi.
DeleteGod bless you Star.
DeleteI wonder what people will benefit from pull down syndrome. He did something bad as insinuated in some quarters. I think the best thing he could have done is to DM him privately to discuss it, than bringing it online.
ReplyDeleteLet's be sincere in our comment.
If your colleague got info about you that is damaging to your personality but chooses to expose it first before saying, before saying "it was a joke" how will you feel? As for others that keep saying shits while going Anon, continue.
Thank God for SDK, if you get real Koko, SDK go publish em.
All l see here is a man that is envious of his colleague, and refuses to publicly state his mind rather was subtly supporting the Sender with his reply.
His above statement was not even an apology but an arrogant one, with big grammar. I hate tribal war with racism, so l will not go into such level with a reply.
God bless you! kunle is the real definition of alabosi. Why not contact your colleague first, kunle messed up big time. #spotremover#
DeleteWhen you know the accusations against you are overwhelming and you don't know how best to deal with it you bring in your ethnic background hoping to get the support of those who are blinded by their ethnic nationalities. This is now a reoccurring thing in our federation. People like Mike who derive pleasure from using our fault lines to create problems should be ashamed of themselves.
ReplyDeletewww.nkogheri.com
DeleteYou never disappoint
Wrong is wrong and right is right, i hope you also called out Kunle for doing same over nollywood issues a few moons ago. Thanks.
DeleteStar, l didn't see what Kunle did months again. I am never comfortable with those who use their ethnic nationalities to instigate those who are weak and blinded by ethnic loyalty
DeleteDisappoint on what please ( castle Windsor) l don't know what Nkogheri means but if it's an insult, someday it will be upon you
Sometimes it is good to overlook some discussion above your pay grade. You will learn alot from using your sense than comment than your anus.
DeleteDefamation is what Kunle did to Mike, and he has good number of followers. You didn't even try to understand that a man's career and reputation is on the line, rather you jumped into conclusion. You are a tribalistic individual.
Alexander what is your point? So Mike now is the aggressor while Kunle is the victim? Exactly the problem in America. A police man will shoot an unarmed black man, Trump will say the police is the victim because people are protesting to defund police. He will fail to address the offense of the police but will tell how protesters are destroying American monument and disrespecting their cops. This is twenty first century.
DeleteIt is well with them
ReplyDeleteWhat kunle did was wrong but he apologized as for him hating igbos that's not true. I know in his movie figurine , Ramsey Nouah and omoni oboli,we're tut main caste. Couple of his other movies also has people of various tribes. Nigerians always try to play religious and ethnic card anytime they have issues.
ReplyDeleteRamsey Noah and Omoni Oboli are igbos in your book? Oh mi Gosh, Ramsey Noah' Nigerian side is from Ondo State, he was born in Bini, Omoni is from Edo state. You are one of those that think anybody from Ondo upward is Yibo and everybody from Kogi is hausa, including Plateau and Benue, Ehyaa, ignorance is bliss. Those of us minority ethnic groups ti daran.
Delete@star abeg i hate ppl bringing tribe into things and Mikes type like doing it.
DeleteMovie industry has always been saturated by ibos dat yoruba ppl hardly even get parts...the aba connect/asaba movies,d mkting, distribution everythn has been ibo right from d 90s. Have u seen any yoruba ever complain. Its even hard for a non ibo to break-out in dos Asaba/Aba movies. But u see yoruba industry, dere are so many non yoruba thriving dere, ppl u will even forget arent yoruba. Toyin Abraham,Doris Simeon,Mercy Aigbe Fathia Balogun are all fully accepted and no body shouts tribe.
Mike shld have several seats.
Omoni oboli is Urhobo from delta state. Xxbarbie
DeleteBeds and roses, Are Mercy Johnson, Ramsey Noah, Desmond Elliot, Ini Edo, Raji Lawal, Yvonne Jegede, Omosexyx Nosa Rex, Shaggy, Ebiwari Eruk, Bombshell, Omorodion, esther ene, too many to name igbos. Just because person brown small nor mean say dem be Igbo abeg. Arguably, the most prolific nollywood actor right now is mercy Johnson and she is kogi.
DeleteBed and Roses, i personally think Mike should not have brought in Kunle's tribalism into this particular issue, however Kunle is a kniwn tribalist though, your argument about asabawood and yorubawood seem to suggest that Yoryba folks never complain about not getting into nollywood, it is totally not trur. Infact Kunle used to be one of the complainers in those days even though as great a director as he is, he is a terrible actor just like tchidi chikere.
Delete@ Star abeg take it easy life is not that serious, I thought Ramsey was Igbo my mistake. All I am saying is Nigerians should stop with the religious and tribal bigotry.
Delete@ Star abeg take it easy life is not that serious, I thought Ramsey was Igbo my mistake. All I am saying is Nigerians should stop with the religious and tribal bigotry.
DeleteIts just too much, they are almost turning bbn to tribal votes now
DeleteBed and Roses, do you know that Mercy Johnson features more in Asaba Movies that Igbo's? Get your facts well well before posting conflicting information. As am talking to you now, we have alot of Yoruba guys in Asaba Movies. The reason Asaba Movies is thriving more is because of Igbo man believe on making it with anything than depending on anybody.
DeleteThe Asaba Wood started when Enugu Actors and Actresses relocated to Lagos, and many Directors found it difficult to cast, and to pay them. They devised a means to survive, and that was how Asabawood was born. I was in Ogwashi as a student when it started.
Most of the Actors and Actresses wouldn't have survived in Lagos. People like Rachael, Zubby, China White and others. Please give them some credit, for developing that aspect. As for Kunle, his skin colour cannot be changed overnight.
Please bed and roses. I know you are not tribalistic from your comments on this blog. Please, the correct pronunciation is Igbo not ibo. Ibo sounds derogatory. Thanks
DeleteLami dear take it easy abeg, its not tgat serious, i am just saying, we all need to try to know our people , we are all nigerians. Thanks, ewin temi, ko to yen now.
ReplyDeletePlease Beds and Roses or whatever you call yourself. Know you that Asaba movies features non Igbos than Igbos. The Igbo man is more of a business man than a tribalist! An Igbo would rather make it big than just casting only Igbo people. Ghana actors started coming because the Igbo man wants to penetrate every market. They brought market to Nigerian movies, it used to be Yoruba people who where making movies but there was no market for it, it was just for entertainment. When Igbo people stepped in, it became a money making industry even globally. How did they do it? They saw beyond tribe, Omotola, Funke Akindele, Kate Henshaw, Ramsey Noah Bimini Akindele, Liz Benson and a whole lots of non Igbo people were all hired and the Igbos even extended to Ghana and other parts of Africa. Ask yourself why there’s still not been an established Igbo language movies despite how much they’ve tried? It’s because they want the market, go to YouTube, many people even from the Caribbeans watch those movies. So saying that trash you said up there shows how short sighted you’ve been beclouded.
ReplyDeleteLol. What a rebuttal! Yet you could count the number of Yorubas in Igbo and asabawood industry on the tip of your fingers... haha indeed😁
DeleteAnon 22:46, the ones I mentioned are Nigerians too, it's to show you that Igbos include everybody not minding their tribe or country. Beccause your tribalistic selves feel that it must be Yoruba. How many Igbos are acting Yoruba movies? If they can leave Lagos to come to Asaba there's always a vacancy for them. When Eniola Badmus was going to Asaba was she not given roles? Bring another argument biko. Desmond Eliot, Ramsey Noah, Bimbo Akintola, Omotola, Funke Akindele, Seun Akindele, Eniola Badmus, Sola Sobowale, Olu Jacobs, Joke Jacobs, Jide Kosoko, Richeal Oniga, Jibola Dabo, Robert Peters and many more younger actors those days I can't remember their names now most of them are no longer acting, except you are indomie generation you can open your mouth and yarn opata.
DeleteLami, i actually agree that Nigerians should stop religious and tribal bigotry, this can only be if we really see one another, we need to see each others pain, victories and successes instead of the derogatory ways we see ourselves, not somebody being seen as "the other" because this causes dissension and hatred. We need to stop the ofenmanus, kobokobo ajekutamamumi or omo irankiran, gambari, malo or almajiri.
ReplyDeleteThis guy's will definitely sort their issues out.. let's stop taking paracetamol for another's headache Biko.
ReplyDeleteI laugh out loud when Yorubas claim Nollywood. Film and movies didnt start in the 90s in Nigeria. They way back in the 60s. However, Yorubas did alot in the areas of creative art. If you ever livid in Lagos in the early 90s,you wouldn't miss those evening gatherings where they normally gather to watch Yoruba movies. That was all they could do, do movies in Yoruba for Yoruba audiences.
ReplyDeleteIn the 90's the Igbos came in and brought the monetary side of film out for Nigerians, they turned it into a lucrative business. And the easiest way of turning such a business into a money - making was to make films for Nigerians to enjoy, tribe consciousness limits business and that was what made many Yorubas that started films Nigeria die extremely poor. They started something they don't understand the business side of it. Igbos came in with with Living in Bondage Produced in 1992 by the director Chris Obi Rapu and screenwriters Kenneth Nnebue and Okechukwu Ogunjiofor. That film revolutionised and created the Nollywood we see today. And subsequent films like rattlesnake and others where all Igbo films. The movie as an industry was created by the Igbos. No doubt about that. Just as Obasanjo rightly said, nothing limits an Igboman. What made it hard for
Yorubas in the film industry was their uncompromising nature towards language and culture. Film industry is like any other industry, the more people you open to appreciate your work the better for you in terms of audience and the money. We deserve more respect than we are getting now from the Yorubas.
Yorubas were playing very small till the Igbos came in an revolutionised the system in Nigeria.
