The weather in this Country where i live suddenly went from hot to cold and i dont know if i am ready for cold as we slowly approach the cold times...

WORRIED NEW MUM

Stella pls help me post. So it's been 3 weeks since I had my patter of tiny feet but I was induced because my Amniotic fluid had been leaking for 3 days and the doctor said this might cause infection for my baby so he had to induce me.I had my baby safely tho until last week when I noticed something sticking out of my vagina ,went back to my doctor for examination and he casually said its your uterus and assured me that it will go back.

But when I got back I googled it and the condition was called UTERUS PROLAPSE .the bunch of stuff I read about it has cut my joy short and left me with so many unanswered questions .

Pls I need gynacologists in the house or BVs who have experienced this to tell me if their uterus ever went back to normal and what the did to get it back.
*if the were able to get pregnant again and if the were able to deliver vaginally without having another prolapse .

The prolapse is on stage 3..

Uterine prolapse is when the uterus descends towards or through the opening of the vagina. Symptoms may include vaginal fullness, pain with sex, trouble urinating, urinary incontinence, and constipation. Often it gets worse over time. Low back pain and vaginal bleeding may also occur. -from wikipedia.

DO IT YOURSELF IVF ON SDK BLOG

below is the procedure on the DIYIVF.

First step :you need to make sure you are Ovulating.that is by doing follicle tracking during your Ovulation to be sure your eggs are mature .

Second step:make sure your hubby uses a condom when doing the do,so that sperm can be deposited in to .then get a syringe get the sperm into the syringe .do this as fast as you can cos sperm becomes useless when it stays outside the body for too long.

Third step:lay down on your back with a pillow under your hip then ask hubby to insert the syringe which contains the sperm deep inside you and pour the content .after this laydown there for along time adviably the whole day ,this is done to stop the sperm from flowing out.

*STOP CREATING ENEMIES FOR YOURSELF*

I remember when gaining admission into the universities was a problem. I had a friend that was lucky to gain admission before me.

Whenever I went to visit him, his mother would say he was not at home. My friend started giving me attitudes. He stopped coming to my house. When I asked him what the problem was, he opened up and told me his mother had warned him to stop associating with me because I might not be happy he gained admission, while I was still at home. Ah, I cried. Honestly I was pained.

Fast forward 5 years later, I have gained admission, and even graduated. My friend was still in the university. It was a 5 years course but he changed department and ended up spending 6 years.

His mother saw me in the neighbourhood shortly after graduation and asked if I was on holiday. Holiday ke? Mummy, I have
graduated. You can imagine the look on her face. Lol. I graduated with 2nd class upper, a year later he graduated with 3rd class.

Some of us are guilty of this:

*When we have our houses filled with kids. Our loyal friends struggling to have kids become our enemies.* We push them away, for fear they might be jealous and unhappy.

*Once we get married, Our loyal single friends become enemies, We push them away.*

*Once we get employed, Our loyal jobless friends become enemies, We push them away.*

*Once we get to the top. Our loyal friends at the bottom become enemies, We push them away.*

*When we are happily married. Our loyal friends that are unfortunately divorcees become our enemies, We push them away.*

*When we have food and water. Our loyal friends struggling to survive become our enemies, We push them away.*

*When we make money, those who are our elders before are no longer honored or respected, we disdainfully push them away*

Nobody is your enemy, you are only being an enemy to them. We quickly forget that life is not static. It moves and changes any time.

When you *condemn* a situation along with the person in the situation. You are only gambling. At the end, the winner is always the person you condemned, the person you least expected.

*This is food for thought for every man.*
