Saturday Breakfast Post....

Breakfast is the most important meal in the day.............










I am not eating anything until i can stabilise my runny stomach oooooooooh.....Thank God for toilet!!!...lol

What are you guys eating?I feel like eating crepes and washing it down with Hot Cappuccino.......chei!!!
I also feel like eating that new recipe in naija called Yamarita...will soon learn how to make it and see how it tastes....

    1. I am making native jollof rice with bone marrow and biscuit bone, lots of Cray fish and pepper.

      I was so excited when I saw my customer had bone marrow when I went to buy meat yesterday. I couldn't wait to make this for breakfast.

    Thursday was my little niece' birthday so going over to my parents house with my kids to celebrate with her.

  3. The only thing hungrying me is palm oil moinmoin in milk cups garnished with lots of crayfish. I have everything, just thinking of where to get milk cups

    1. Use enamel plates. They are rust free and you can get them from the kitchen utensils shops in the market. They deliver the same tast and feel as milk tins.

      The native flavour from milk tins is different.

      Miss Aboki...get to a nearby hotel or a MaiTea in your area to collect,soak cut tins in plenty salt and vinegar before use.

  5. Detoxify my system from the Italian Risotto I ate yesterday... that moment when I could not say no to the food or waste it! Had to force myself 🤮🤮🤮

      Before you have a Risotto dish,make sure there's a cup of lemon juice on standby,cheese and onions in a,dish do you bad.

  8. Good morning Stella and beautiful BVs.
    No breakfast for me yet. Been having runny stomach and I feel weak. I don't want to take flagly☹️☹️.

    I'm yet to conquer the fear of taking drugs. As big as I am, it takes me 5-10 mins before I can take ordinary paracetamol. This will be after I must have given myself some prep talk of how strong of a woman I am and how I can do all things😂😂. God help me.

    However, I'm craving for a plate of hot party jollof with peppered fish but for now, I'll do ORT and stay in bed.

    1. Sorry, get well soon. As for that drug aspect, it takes me 30 mins to take 2 tablets. Give me all the injections in the world, I don't care.

  9. I was fagged out to fix something up last night so I didn't have dinner before going to bed. I woke up rather early because I was famished. "You can't cheat" nature, I guess.
    I am having a hush puppy and grilled fish with water.

  12. I haven't had anything yet. It was even in the middle of my working out that my hair braider appeared so we went straight into making my hair.

    Will skip breakfast and do lunch.

  17. I made the tiniest of noodles with plenty onions to eat..
    I am breastfeeding and at the same time doing portion control...i want to lose this excess fat not because of people o but because I have very soft skin, and very fair. Now imagine the cellulite on my laps.
    My husband calls me giant woman in a nice way and says he doesn't care but me I care.
    And I use to pray for fat and stretch marks when I was around 18 to 23years...God will be like wait for it now, it is coming your way.

    1. Try to cut out junk and processed food including noodles and sugar. Load up on fruits, veggies and protein. Portion control when eating carbs.Try and get measuring cups and a food scale as it will help you estimate calories accurately instead of eyeballing your portion sizes. When you feel up to it try to start exercising, cardio first to burn the fat then strength training to tighten lose skin and build muscles.

      With my first child, I lost 15kg and was back to my pre pregnancy weight of 66kg by the time she was 10weeks. This 2nd time around, I started at a heavier weight pre pregnancy and had a very traumatic delivery so my body wasnt even ready for any nonsense dieting. I was eating at all times of the day and night.. My baby just turned 8weeks and I have started portion control and exercise to lose 9kg to take me back to 66kg. I started at 78kg and now at 75kg. Its difficult but doable. All the best

  19. We are getting set for hosting the Iri-Ji mini gathering and I'm prepping the oven for their small chops:chicken nuggets,red puff puff,spring rolls,fish pie,suya popcorn chicken,beef balls,the maisuya will do the peppered asun at 12pm.

    No special breakfast,just munch as I pop the oven and have any hot choco or horlicks. Utan!

    Crepes?Stella Kork, How many layers you gonna munch?
    Fastest remedy for runny stomach here is 4tabs of Thalazole med or chewing a handful of dry yellow garri and you poo no more,kikiki.Pele o.
