Adedotun Afusat Feyishara had been Trying to conceive for 7 years and then God blessed er with a pregnancy that was double measure,pressed down,shaken together and running over.......She was pregnant with quadruplets!!!
She birthed the kids on Tuesday evening of August 25,2020 at the Institute of Maternal And Child Health located within the premises of Lagos State University Teaching Hospital in Ikeja but alas she succumbed to complications arising from the birth of her three sons and one daughter...

ReplyDeleteIt's so sad, my colleague who has been trying for years recently lost her baby in pregnancy. She told me I should thank God for her, that she is alive and can still have more children but nobody can tell her she isn't a mother. That day I said God you work in mysterious ways.

ReplyDeleteKai what women go thru just to conceive and birth babies..that's how I lost a very dear friend.it took her yrs to conceive and when it was time to birth baby she passed away after 3days of giving birth thru CS.Today the hubby is married to another woman that treats my friends child as a house help.Continue to rest in peace Evelyn and pls watch over ur daughter.
So you are watching while your friend's child is treated as a house help. You think your friend will come out from the grave to care for her daughter? You think God will come down from heaven to take care of her?

ReplyDeleteCarrying multiples is always a high risk pregnancy, even just twins. If she was over 30yrs old the risk becomes greater, and over 40 even greater. This kind of pregnancy calls for a woman to be more restful and take bed rest from earlier on in the pregnancy.
ReplyDeleteThis is extremely sad all around, and I truly feel for her family and loved ones. I don't know if she did Ivf, but it seems like of late we are starting to see some disturbing trends with women who went that route. Seems like there needs to be more long-term studies and transparency provided to the public.
I've seen and heard so many cases like this in recent times. If people understood that it is a major miracle for a woman to get pregnant, carry to term, deliver safely, have themselves and their kids alive and healthy , they won't put anyone or themselves under pressure for not having kids. Is having kids(most times due to societal pressure or any other reason) more important than life and health?
