Ikpeazu enjoined the commissioner to enlist in the call for a Federal Secretariat in the state, adding that its absence indicates lack of federal presence in the state.
The Governor also expressed worry that despite Abia being an oil producing state, none of the oil companies operating in the state resides in Abia but prefer to operate from outside the state where they pay their taxes.
In his response, Mr. Ogbulogo appealed to the governor to provide the necessary footing for the commission to enable it to perform its duties in the state.
