Chronicle Of Blog Visitor Narrative -UPDATE

WHAT!!!!!

Good afternoon my wonderful BV's, I promised to update you guys on the outcome of our family meeting (Umunna gathering), so here's the update...

The whole blame was heaped on the woman, the man walked out of the fire untouched like those 3 brother's in the Bible, the woman has been deported back to the village to go and learn how to SHUT UP (very important)::::

they promised to bring her back in two weeks that's if ndi kwe, chi kwe, uwa kwe (issa community effort), but let's keep her in our prayers, God can restore her home:

The man may be lost forever to the other women in two weeks....it is well,i just hope that she saved enough for a rainy day...

They are shipping her off cos she is dependent on the man financially,if she financially stable on her own this rubbish will not happen...
Women please better yourselves before you marry so that when village people want to rubbish you,you have a choice to walk out or stay....

A Man is caught cheating and his wife is blamed....wetin Stella no go read for Chronicles?

    2. Hahahhaaa Amonymous 16.14

      I totally understand this part.

In Jesus name my daughters will marry within our social class.

Marrying down is an issue honestly!

If a child marries into a family within her families social class she doesnt experience unnecessary financial pressure and desperation from inlaws..everyone just levels up!

I had this same experience as a newly wed, inlaws thought i was fleecing my husband while in reality I helped set up my husband!

The first cash for his business came from me!

Bottomline women mind the families you marry into some extended family circles are CRAP.

As you fall in love use your head imagine marrying into a family that passes this kind of judgement boldly??????????????

1620 LOT! BUSH MEN..NDI IME EZI UWA

Thank God for exposure! This would never EVER HAPPEN in my extended family!

    3. This nonsense happened because her family are not rich or her brothers depends on the husband.
If she has strong financial backbone brothers, this man won't try it....

    4. anonymous 16:14, i can totally relate, although none of them has the liver to call me to accuse me directly cos they will regret it for the rest of their lives. i wish they could realize and appreciate the fact that i am the reason their brother even remembers them. the one time he refuses their request and his family becomes their enemy. i stopped supporting from my pocket when i overheard one of them talking down on my birthing girls.

  5. What women go through in this part of the world is so terrible. A man cheat they blame the wife, a boyfriend cheat they blame the girlfriend, a man disrespect a woman, a man refused to perform his duty as a husband, a man fail to take care of his family they blame it on the woman. A man is Caught with a woman they blame it on the women.

    Father help us all.

    1. So annoying. Instead of the senseless elders to settle and advice the couple, they want to destroy the marriage. That is why It is not good to invite 3rd parties into marriage.

      What about the children?

Thank God I am not from this kind of primitive family.

Age is not always synonymous to sense.

The Lord will help the woman. How do you even grow to be a better person when you are not given the chance make amends.

    2. @My AB I'm actually surpised at the elders. It's just so sad that women go through so much in this part of the world.

  8. The worst thing that can happen to a woman is for her not to have her own money! Earning potential, being informed and have a strong mind to deal with issues as it arise.

Women! You have no business starting a family if you are not earning something.
Money will facilitate so many decisions you have to make in life and be unapologetic about it.

  9. I think jazz is involved here. But prayers can solve it all. Woman go on your knees and cry out to God let that friend of yours be put to shame. And next time use your head. What were telling her all these details about your husband for? To pepper her?

  10. As far as I'm concerned, both parties are at fault here: the woman for revealing what goes on in her marriage to an outsider and the man for breaking his marital vow.

The decision taken by the family will only encourage the man to continue in his misdemeanor.

  11. That is the kind of community we live in. This gives the men avenue to misbehave. It I well with the female specie.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Lord have mercy! Men can only try this & get away with it because the woman does not have financial independence..you dare not try it with a literate, working woman who gives zero fuvks.

So what's the essence of marriage again?? Mtchewwww

  13. Anybody who can, should avoid family dispute courts. It mostly never ends well. In fact avoid the attention of those so called 'family people' quarrel settlers.

These family members sent her off like a kid. So unfair!

So if she has a job or a running business, will she allow herself be shipped to the village? May God help women.

  14. They say it's a man's world, but I dare say it's courtesy of women. I am sure that majority of those who came up with that kind of punishment for the woman are fellow women.
If a woman is having issues with her in-laws, it's mostly with the female in-laws. If a woman has challenges with child bearing, na d mother in-law and Sis-inlaws go first start to worry her. Women should learn to stand up more for each other.

  15. The black woman is the most disrespected in the world, the most unprotected is the black woman, even at home in Africa the most neglected is the black woman! Our needs are always put last, we’re always blamed for the actions of the men! We get molested, it’s our fault, If we don’t face racism abroad, we face harassment, rape, domestic violence and anxiety from constant fear of men because we’re still considered less than men at home 🤦🏽‍♀️this has to stop! Hopefully we learn to teach the next generation of men how to treat women right, we’re not less than men! COPIED.
In a patriarchal society, what did you expect?
Stella's red pen is the truth.
    Women ,be financially independent.

  17. Oh well, there goes.. It will always be a man's world especially in Africa, as a woman earn your own money and then pray to marry a level-headed none status - conforming man, but I am afraid only 1% of such men exist in Africa, such a sad story.

  19. Hmm years ago in PH here, one lady found condom in her husband's pocket. She placed it strategically on the bed-where then would see it. The man saw it and went berserk claiming the wife had been cheating on him. Long story short, the lady was sent back to her parents to spend 6months before she came back with enough begging and apologies. They are both from Delta. You need to hear the man boasting about it in the office.

  22. Mostt of the advice she got from.the initial chronicle said she should calm down and pray first. Take time to pray before she confronts her hubby. Maybe if she had taken her time it would have ended better. How did it get to the Ummunna's. Women are wired to talk and off load their heart. She only got it wrong from a jealous neighbour. May God help her.
