      Na God oh. Loads of pple lost their jobs in my work place but I didn't. Been working from home and at the end of month I still receive my basic salary. Nothing like bonuses for now... I and my family are healthy, we eat well, ve a roof over our heads and wear clothes so what more can I ask for.

    It has been stressful.

    Schools are not open and creche can't function which has been helpful in taking care of our son while I work but that can't happen now. Other options that we've been using has been stressful but we will get by. It is well.

    I was really scared, especially cos of my health and when I realised I had come in contact with someone that had the virus.
    I felt really stuck at first cos I was about visiting my family when the lock down happened.
    But somehow a huge part of me kept calm , i spent majority of my time doing my best to make sure people didn't lack what to eat , my family helped me coordinate.
    I spent my time bonding with my blog family, honestly being here kept me really sane , I had great company .
    I did a lot of reflections and evaluation, and I came to the conclusion that I should make every moment of my life count . Tomorrow isn't promised .
    I'm getting by cos that's the only choice I have , I'm mostly indoor cos I've to be safe , it's not so easy but I'm actually doing okay .
    I've nothing to worry about, the only worry I have is if I'd be able to be on a long flight cos the most I can wear a mask is an hour .
    I just really miss the rest of my family and that's the only thing bothering me .

    Glory to God. I love to see my glass as full rather than half-full or half-empty. I try to see the good in everything.
    I have been able to finish my novels and have them published( both fiction and non-fiction). The last time I wrote was two years ago because of the nature of my job.
    Gain a healthy weight and I have been able to maintain it.
    Upped my cooking skills.
    Learnt an online course
    Done a lot of sober reflections
    And Gotten closer to my creator.
    So yeah...All the glory to God.

My business is such that takes me out at all times and during the lockdown,we could still go out because we are part of the essentials.     Financially? Very well. Surprisingly I've met my 2020 financial target as crazy as it sounds. Just one phone call did it. And the phone call wasn't even part of the plan, but Nigeria is still a zoo. The number of people calling in for help is traumatizing. People are in dire situations. A man with kids calls you and is crying on the other side of the call because he cannot pay bills. It's terrible. The black man is the only authority that has no palliative for his people this period, instead the zoo government is imposing more taxes! These animals want to introduce rent tax to be paid by tenants this period! How much more wicked can a human being be? It's so sad.

    God's been faithful. This period has been a period of self discoveries for me. I got clear directions and instructions as to fulfilling my life's purpose. I gave back to the community by volunteering with NGOs to put smile on the faces of the less privilege. I started and completed online courses for the first time ever lol. I took a paid class on baking and my cakes became near perfect (I am a hobby baker). I started a little garden and can't wait for my cucumbers to start fruiting. Looking at the plants blooming gives me extra joy every morning. ❤

    I started an online course to get my diploma...I feel more focused and happy.
    Thanks to God I did not lack during this lockdown. I had even more than I needed. Lines are falling into pleasant places for me. This lockdown, aside from the inconvenience of not being able to go out, has brought only positive things in my life. I've decided that lockdown or not, this year will be a good year for me. I pray for the souls of all those we lost during this pandemic and their loved ones.

    Funny enough, this year has been beautiful for me and my family and I made up my mind to declare and decree the word of God into 2020, I have refused to accept any of the negativity surrounding this year, I choose to see it as my year, and I've been consistent with my declarations, and so shall it be.
