At least the northerners help their people when they go to school or acquire degrees yet the south south leaders even steal scholarships and busaries meant for south south people.

  28. watched the interview and that Cairo was just ranting rubbish...the former staff of NDDC came with his facts and figures but Cairo was just rigmarolling without addressing the real issues..NDDC has always been a conduit pipe for public officers same way NNPC and other agencies of government where serious revenue is generated. they put their croonies to help them siphon money for elections..imagine with all the money apkapbio stole as gov, senator and still collecting as pension he came ready to milk NDDC. dem no dey taya? if this government is truly fighting corruption then these allegations should not be swept under the carpet as usual
