Tips on How to Lose Weight


1. Choose a low-carb diet

If you want to lose weight, consider starting by avoiding sugar and starch (like bread, pasta). Sugar and starch may increase your hunger, while avoiding them may decrease your appetite to a more manageable level.Eat vegetables and fruits with meals for early fullness.


2. Eat when hungry;

A common mistake when starting a low carb diet: reducing carb intake while still being afraid of fat.

Carbs and fat are the body’s two main energy sources, and it needs at least one of them.

3. Eat real, minimally processed food like chips,bread,canned foods.

4. Eat only when hungry.

5 Limit unnecessary snacking.

6. Measure your progress wisely by;

Put the measuring tape around your middle, slightly above your belly button.

Exhale and relax (don’t suck in your stomach).

Make sure the measuring tape fits snuggly, without compressing your skin.

7.Exercise at least for 30mins by brisk walking, jogging daily.

8. Be persistent,at least aim to lose 1-3kg per week.
