Procedures for making:
GINGER TEA to block COVID-19 and common colds.


For a gallon of tea: Wash the following...

1. Peel and Blend ginger,one soup plate full (dry under the sun 1st to make more potent).


2. Peel and Blend garlic bulbs (one teacup full).

3. Blend dry cloves (half teacup,half please).

Pour all 3 into a pot of clean boiling water.

4. Remove the seeds in fresh lemon,at least 4 lemons,（lemon not lime, please), dice with the skin intact and pour into mix.

5. Wash a full pineapple with salt and vinegar,cut off head,divide and remove white stalks in the middle then dice whole,pour into boiling mix then cover tight.

Boil for 1hr in an airtight kettle or oil free pot and turn off heat,please do not open lid whilst cooling,it will lose potency.

When cool,filter to clear and store in a glass wine jar or glass bottles not plastics, store in a fridge and take half teacup with 2 spoonfuls of honey
morning or night before bedtime.

Please, always lukewarm not HOT,or it leaves you with parched throat.

*Brush your teeth immediately after taking.
*Not for ulcer patients.
*Not for ladies with uterine fibroids.
* If your kids hate the tea, turn it into ice cubes and drop to float on their favourite juice.

Stop Force Feeding Your Child

People really disturbed me about the weights and size of my children during and after breastfeeding.I never succumbed to their suggestions of force feeding because their weights and size was genetic.
My most concern was healthy and nutritious meal.

Now one of the major reasons parents force feed their child is to eat and finish off everything.
They try to put emotional pressure on the child by resorting to;

-comparing them to other kids.
-bribing them with sweets and biscuits.
-feeding them while watching TV
-rhymes on mobile phones.

Now,these are the tips on how to stop force feeding your kids.

1.Keep expectation low;just expect your child to be healthy and not plump.

2.Make meal time fun.By using colourful plates and cutleries.

3. Offer finger foods like Puff puff,carrots etc

4.Small and frequent meals


NB: I know most parents are anxious about the size or health of their child,your child can still be healthy by not force feeding.
