JULIANA'S OPINION - WHY WOMEN SHOULD HAVE A WILL


Will is a legal document that gives instructions on how a person's property is to be shared after they have died...

A Will is usually expected of men even though a lot of people do not take it serious and think writing a will equals to a bad omen of death but this isn't true and has discouraged a lot of people from making one and resulting to serious problems after their demise.

 I will strongly advise everyone that has a means of income to have a Will, especially if you are married to secure your spouse and children's future and to avoid disunity among your own children or a case of a spouse or child claiming your wealth/property

There is a real live story that happened some years ago, a certain woman, a civil servant took ill and suddenly died leaving behind her husband and children ( male and female). She had a substantial amount of money in her bank account and a death benefit was also paid by the government because she died in active service. 

Her husband gathered the money together and invited his sons without the daughters knowledge and shared the money between himself and his sons,and took the lions share. When one of the sons asked about their sisters share, their father said "they are married and were settled on their wedding day". 

Women please write a Will unless you don't see anything wrong with the above story. It is left for you to do what will benefit all your children, you can open a trust fund for each and every one of your child that they can access at your death. For single mothers please take this advise very seriously, if a father can do this to his own children just because they are girls I wonder what your siblings, relative or even new spouse will do to your children. Start now open an account in their names which only them can access and keep this information to yourself after all no one discloses the content of their Will.

RACHEALS LIFE STORIES

A secondary school mate of mine (let's call her Naomi), was one of the happening babes in school then, also a fine girl having her clique of friends.
Naomi was a kleptomaniac, she was always caught stealing all sorts, like provisions, other students school fees e.t.c.


Third time Naomi was caught stealing, she was expelled from the school.
Her clique of friends shunned her and they all stopped talking to her, even when she was packing her things to leave the school premises.


Years later, we all got admissions to different universities and my secondary school friend bumped into her one day at the faculty, they said hello to each other and they both realized that they are in the same department.


My friend told me then that she's now a big girl, driving the latest car and she got married very early to a rich lawmaker, vacations abroad and any rich lifestyle you can think of.

After graduation, thanks to Facebook her clique of friends who ignored her then are now craving for her attention.

Once she posts a picture on Facebook, they all comment things like "oh my bestie from way back, always been a big girl, let's hangout one of this days, I sent you a message oh, check your messenger.

The sweetest and best part of it is that she will always ignore all their comments and reply other neutral people.
Anyway, moral of the story is, don't look down on anyone and try not to be a Judgina.
