  14. Stella, I see nothing wrong in your first paragraph o. I am someone that prefer swallow and hard food like eba, Amala, pounded yam, semo, poundo, yam, beans to cereals, rice, spag, noodles etc.

I don't mind taking eba as dinner and pounded yam the following morning. I'll even appreciate it if you give me Amala lafun& gbegiri for lunch. I'll even love u forever if I visit u and u give me swallow instead of RICE.

  19. Once I'm done with this drip this morning,I'm making moi moi with these tiny local beans. I make moi moi when I am extremely in the mood to punish myself cause I have to make sure I remove the coating completely. I will then add pieces of dry fish, fresh tomato, onions, little garlic and ginger, crayfish, fresh pepper and then take for grinding.
I thereafter add about a cup veg oil, a spoonful of red oil, salt and onga cube. No artificial flavors; don't like it in moi moi and off to the boil. This is what is going down today.
Please bvees has anyone made moi moi with the beans peel intact? The last time I made it my neighbor told me that I love suffering myself, that she doesn't remove the peels but adds lots of tomatoes to make it reddish instead of brown.
