    1. It doesn't work like that. Even if he pleads guilty that doesn't mean he is to be sent to prison. There are other factors in consideration.

  7. All these American lawyers want to eat their money in my opinion jare. I am sure America had an air tight case before arresting them. Na dem Sabi sha, let lawyers eat their own share.

  8. What is the meaning of all these, who are the ones deceiving these guy? America is a very civil society and no crime will go unpunished, instead of them to take a plea deal like their counterpart Obi Invictus. In the U.S if you take a plea deal, you will be promised and given a protective custody and your jail time will be minimal. For instance if you are given 20 years you will end up spending like 10 to 12 years of which you will be released but will be under parole. These guys are just deceiving themselves cos they are not getting off this one and will be wasting money they are supposed to keep for investment after they are out. Oyinbos wan scam dem legally.

    1. I pray oh. When I read the post, what came to my mind was Annalise Keating and how she's able to spin a case around such that guilty ppl went Scot free or at least got a good plea bargain. Yes,it's a movie but I don't know what to believe anylonger. I pray Justice prevails in Jesus name.

  14. Being an American in US court confers some level of protection to the accused. As a foreigner, you are on your own. What Constitution will your lawyer quote? FBI doesn't waste resources to go arrest, detain and fly back criminals to US based on hearsay. The lawyers will be working to get them good deals. The best they can do is to delay the case until the election is over. If the case goes to trial this year, prosecutors will try to use them shine. 5, 10 or 20 years do not matter. A month in prison is more than enough trauma for any sane person. It is not as if they will come back to any luxury (the government already took all that).
