I like this song eh,because i used to sing it a lot growing whilst i ,oved meat from the pot,the day i was caught,i was asked to sing to myself
and as everyone laughed at me singing it was not so bad and i learnt a very big lesson and that lesson is that ''every dog has its day''......

I have grown and matured and I am passing on this advice to you....if you are caught red handed,do not look for excuses,apologise and move on,its a more respectable path to tow.......You get my drift?

 A client of mine told me yesterday that a friend of his might be infected with Covid as a result of his boss being infected. Apparently his boss got on a flight from Lagos to PH and a passenger on the flight had Covid. His boss didn't even know until he was called...he is tested positive. FAAN has been busy calling out VIPs but quietly contact tracing cos they dont want people to know their Covid protocols is hogwash. I'm still waiting for the flight details ...will send as soon as I have it. I intend to travel to Lagos soon and I have to take extra extra care cos its obvious they don't what they are doing. I'm putting this info out there to tell everyone to take care of themselves if you intend flying via air cos we are on our own.

Stella good day, I would like to to put up a discussion on how women who experienced fourth degree tear healed and their healing process. I really need it. Am pregnant and afraid bcos all my babies are usually big no matter how I starve






So all the other times you had tear,how did you treat it?Thing is the cut from having babies heals by itself,you dont need to do anything extra...
Stop the fear and just go pop out your baby,your body should be used to the cut and heal process by now.
