THE HEART TRULY KNOWS WHAT IT WANTS.

A young man who always eat at a certain restaurant, got attracted to one of the girl serving there . Let me call her Nkem. She was so nice and attended to customers calmly even when being provoked by customers unlike the other ladies including the daughter of her employee.


Let me call this young man Jude. Each time Jude comes to the restaurant, he would only want to be served by Nkem and won't mind waiting for her if she's busy attending to others.

Paying his bills after eating, he always leave an extra balance on Nkem that ranges from five hundred to a thousand naira. Now the other ladies became jealous each time they see Nkem receive tips from Jude. Her madam wasn't left out as well.

Sooner than later it became noticeable that Jude has a feeling for Nkem, as he will always come around to pick her up every evening at the close of work. At this point the other ladies became more envy but will always put up a false smile.

Being jealous of the attention Nkem got from a wealthy customer and not her daughter who looks more pretty and well dressed, madam had to transferred Nkem to the kitchen department as to pave way for her daughter to get notice and connected to Jude but of a truth, the heart truly knows what it wants.

Mom will always say in the native "ezigbo agwa bu nma nwanyi."(Good character is the beauty of a woman) It doesn't matter how pretty you look, well dressed or body type you have got. If you got no character, then you have lose it all in life.

Nkem told Jude how she had been transferred to the kitchen and how her madam's daughter will be attending to him. As an intelligent man, Jude got the message very clear and the motive behind the act. He promised Nkem not to worry, for she won't be working there for too long.

Madam noticed Jude wasn't getting into her daughter, she devised another means. Now read this - Be weary of a mother who will do anything to hook her daughter on a man

Good Vegetable Oils Save The Heart.

When looking at different types of oil, keep three things in mind:

1. its smoking point (the temperature at which the oil starts to break down(bringing out smoke while heating)making it unhealthy.

2. the type of fat that it contains

3. its flavor

The two good types of cooking oils are canola oil and vegetable oil.

1.Canola oil is widely considered to be a healthy oil as it’s low in saturated fat and high in monounsaturated fat.

Saturated fat, which is mostly in animal products and also found in coconut and palm oil(this is mostly what is sold in Nigerian markets),raises blood cholesterol levels.

2.Vegetable oil: Vegetable oil is often a mix or a blend of different types of oils from soybeans,sunflower,corn etc.
It is often an inexpensive choice that can be used for all kinds of cooking.It is also good for the heart.

How to store your vegetable oils:

1.Cooking oils should be kept in a cool, dry place. In particular, keep them away from heat (above or too close to the stove) and sunlight (in front of a window).

2.Wrap clear glass bottles of oil in aluminum foil or another material to keep light out and to extend the life of the oils.

3.If you purchase a large bottle of oil, you may wish to transfer some oil to a small bottle that you’ll use more quickly. The rest can be stored in the refrigerator or in a cool place away from sunlight.

Wrong preservation of veg.oil will introduce oxygen to the oils leading to bad taste and smell.

NB: I know the economy is harsh,let's endeavor to at least go for healthy vegetable oil like soya,sunflower or canola because all those brands in the markets are very unfriendly to our hearts,that is (Bleached palmoil).
Also try to read the food labels.

TWO HEADED PINEAPPLE

I went to the market and picked a pineapple.
Getting home I realised it had two heads..This is actually quite strange as I didn’t notice this while buying it.

My mum has been making remarks like trust me to go to the market and pick a two headed pineapple.
Now am scared to eat it. What do you think?
Should I eat or throw it away? What would you  people suggest?





Abeg you people are too superstitious ooooooooo..so what will happen to you if you eaten a two headed pineapple?Maybe you will grow six legs overnight.
