And doctors are paid #5k as hazard allowance in this same unless country.
Totally unless
DeleteAnd somebody will still have the conscience to tell them not to relocate for greener pastures? Imagine if all these staggering amount of money was utilized judiciously? Imagine if our useless leaders have the interest of the country at heart, imagine if these people are content and serve the country selflessly but No greed will not let them think straight.
DeleteSmh...come and see suffering in these oil producing villages in niger delta, yet this is what these people are doing with the money.

ReplyDeleteWhen are we going to get out of this?
ReplyDeleteThis is really sad.
God is not asleep he will judge every wrong.
I find this NDDC mess really annoying because NDDC was created for the people of Niger Delta and is also run by them. They had a large budget to develop the region but decided to steal the money. We can cry wolf all we want about being “segregated” but we cannot be trusted with a damn thing. Although, I am not justifying other people that rob communities, but NDDC management, are from the Niger Delta, live and work in the Niger Delta which means they most likely drive past the people they steal from everyday!
ReplyDeleteNone of the money was spent on road maintenance and repairs, they just earmarked the money on the projects they can enable them to easily divert the funds
ReplyDeleteSenator Peter Nwaoboshi should also be investigated by the EFCC/ICPC & if found culpable, should be prosecuted.
ReplyDeleteAnd the IMC has proven to be worse than all past NDDC management.
ReplyDeleteFrom the breakdown above, no fund was even allocated or spent on any meaningful project that has a direct bearing on the communities in the Niger Delta region.
It really pisses me off as an indigene of the Niger Delta.
God, please send us our Messiah.
ReplyDeleteWhich way naija
ReplyDeleteThey've constructed two roads around my area here that didn't last for more than one year due to substandard construction. They embezzle the money that should be used for true development and leave the people with peanuts. It will never be well with them
ReplyDeleteChai chai
