PCOS WORRIES

I've been having irregular periods since I can remember. At first it was just with a number of days, then it became weeks, now it's months. The last time I saw my period was February until it came last month.

 That's 3 months apart. That's the longest. And it came out after I started exercising daily. I googled the causes and everything was directing me to PCOS. I still can't tell yet until I do the necessary tests, and see if it's actually PCOS. But before then, has it happened to anyone before? 

How did you manage it? Please, what can I do or take to regularise it pending on when I carry out the tests?
Ps: Even when it delays, and it finally comes, it is still reddish, and stops after 4 days. Flow is still normal.

WHAT IS THIS????

Guys please I need your input. I noticed when my daughter was a few months old that she would usually hold her thighs closely while sweating sometimes. Like when one is cuming. 

The first time she did it I was so worried and took her to the hospital, I thought she was having seizures. But doctor said nothing was wrong with her. She continued it occasionally.. Now,shes almost six and she still does it.

 Sometimes I see her closing her thighs tightly while watching cartoons. I admonish and tell her to stop when I see her doing it. Recently she would sneak into the room while the rest of us are in the sitting room to do it. I asked her why she does it and she said ''its sweet'' and that it does something to her vagina.. I tried talking to her to stop it and she promised she would since its not good.. I just hope she stops it. *worriedmum

*Madam you have a big problem on your hands,A very very big one...I am so shocked that i dont know what to say...Your daughter has a medical condition that is making her have orgasms at such an early age...Maybe you should see a trusted doc.....The day she grows up and discovers a man can make it better,you wont be able to stop her or help her..I read about it somewhere..it is a medical problem.
