No matter how we lie to ourselves, women want men’s validation just as men want women’s validation! This is very true and you can deny all you want. When women say ‘are you even a real man?’ because you are not aggressive, you are part of the problem. Things like ‘you are a man, you have to control the situation’ and then you are surprised that he is trying to get things done by force including rape. Some women carry the aggressiveness into sex sef and want persuasion. If you think it’s a lie, read the funny comments post and see. You can also read the anonymous rants and see women endorsing and validating aggressiveness in men.
I know women will attack me and all but it is what it is. All these messages are subtle and it gets into men’s head. Do you know how many women have publicly said ‘that guy is not a hard guy’ because he didn’t make move or press enough.
Rape is bad! I think women who have been raped should be made to be the judge in their own rape case with guidelines on punishment to be meted out. However, don’t just say boys should be educated because no one was born a rapist. Parents didn’t teach boys to be rapists. It’s little little things they see everyday and the way women too address things that eventually made things this bad.

I heard of a similar story, so many (13 or so) years ago when Freeze was still on night radio. The lady called and said she and her blood brother were deeply involved, and she had had several abortions from resulting pregnancies, and that her mum was in the know but powerless over them.

Beds and sleeping pallets should be zoned according to gender and as far apart as reasonably possible. Husband and wife should copulate when the children are outside of the home, or maybe at the outside bathroom or toilet. I really don't want to put this out there, but incest is more regular than the average person believes. Even in these tight cultures that showcase themselves with super high moral values it happens. But it is such a shameful act that families keep it under tight wraps.

Na wa oo, it amazes me when I read stories like this...The People invovled ALWAYS have a Choice, there’s nothing like “it’s the devil”, Always FLEE.. I grew up with series of molestations from my fathers friends to our neighbor and even our pastor but somehow I escaped. I lost my mum at a tender age so it was just I and my dad.
ReplyDeletePeople should stop this excuse of it was the devil, you ALWAYS have a choice except it’s rape,then the Lord is your strength (btw I was almost raped when I went to write post ume in the east, but somehow I escaped even tho I was threatened with a knife. Story for another day).
Back to the story at hand..... I remember one time my cousin made advances at me, we were both sleeping on same bed, same room(wrong move on our part, guess I was still tender then, didn’t really think in that direction) I told him NO that we are related, he said it doesn’t mean that after all we are cousins not siblings, I sha refused. Now this is someone I love deeply, but I wouldn’t let my love for him cost me my future all I was thinking about then was what if it gets out what will my dad say.. imagine the stigma!
Fast forward to now that we are adults, some years back by then he had travelled out and made plenty money and I was an undergraduate... so I came visiting, we had to share a room (by this time I thot he was no longer thinking in that direction since we were now adults besides other rooms were occupied with friends/house keeper).....Lo and Behold one faithful night my beloved cousin came again with his wahala.. I again reminded him of what is at stake and he said it doesn’t matter that In Asia Cousins can have sexual intercourse and I told him “thank God you said Asia, this is Africa and it is an Abomination, I can’t live my life in regret because of 5mins pleasure “. And that was the last of it.
Moral of my Story... always think of you FIRST, if anything happens the woman will bear the grunt, maybe alone sef because this our society is not fair to women... ALWAYS run like Joseph in the Bible, A lot is at stake.
