  1. I'm trying to remember the title of one nollywood movie like that on Netflix, with Rita Dominic and Kalu Ikeagwu.

Living in Bondage made me realise Kalu should never be given the role of a ritualist at all. Baba couldn't act shit.

    1. He is an Americanah. Cant act rituals and didnt bother to learn

  2. Didn't know that Funke Akindele is the producer of the TV series "My siblings and I". She's really doing well for herself.

I think the twin boys are her children.

    1. You can say that again
      Funke's series are top notch.
      I don't miss my siblings and I.

    2. One of my favourite TV show...
      Halita is trash
      No plot
      Good production
Good actors and nonsense script with enough filters

    3. No, the twins they used for the series aren't hers. Just check the end credit after any episode the twins feature in.

    1. @Prettyface;Go to your store and search for "Nigerian Movies Latest Nollywood"..

It has a green logo and you would and you would see the name "Olayinka Adedokun";it's an app for 9jarock and has Merrymen plus a lot more.

      Hope this helps..

    4. Merry men 2 is nonsense. Typical AY movie. Just noise with no sense.

    5. Annon, you know this....noise with no single sense

    6. Do not watch Merry men, it will end in premium regret.

    7. AY's movies are just "all bark n no bite".
The hype in his movies outweighs the plots.

  4. Bob hearts Abishola ..

I was at a friend's place and they put the series and said I should just watch. It started and I saw a fat white guy in the hospital sick and concluded its another foreign series and then I heard "I'm coming oooo" or something like that from the nurse attending to him and I said ah is she not Nigerian cos only we say that oooo and drag it. hehehe.
I focused and I totally enjoyed the American Nigerian series.

A Nigerian family in the abroad housed their niece who's married to a Nigerian based in Lag but separated, has a son. She's a nurse and a typical Nigerian woman. Bob the fat guy likes her and the drama started.
    I totally enjoyed it.

    2. I watched love is war and all I can say is that it's not by force to star in your own movie. That movie would have been great with any other actress as the lead. The kiss scene btw her and rmd was cringeworthy, they were both squeezing their face. I said yuck! On their behalf.
Meanwhile "the set up" is the beat naija movie I've watched this year.
      Top notch!.
Jim Iyke , Dakore and olu Jacob's wife( cant rem her name) all solidified their statuses as exceptional actors.
Living in bondage, does not need hype.
      Good market sells itself.

  14. I watched set up yesterday and my head was 'turnioniown'

Like half of the movie was the actual movie and the remaining half was three different versions of plot twists. I enjoyed the first persons own, but at the end I was exhausted. Good thinking sha, at least it's different from what we see everyday.

  15. Insecure. Watching Issa and Molly's friendship go down the drain is really sad to watch.

    1. Issa irritates the heck outta me! I've never seen a lady so confused, annoying, cheap, insecure and a hoe. Aunty must sleep with every man she comes across. Very twisted sense of humour she got. Each time she laughs, I just roll my eyes. I love Molly and their plus size friend.
