DeleteWhere in Lagos you won’t find touts apart from some places on the Island
DeleteThird junction axis at upper sakponba Road, Benin. Broad day light if you are not careful your bag/phones will be snatched. My cousin's phone was once snatched while she sat inside the bus through the window. That place is a den for thieves.
ReplyDeleteI'm surely gonna holla whenever I visit Benin 😘😍😘
DeleteLook forward to see you 😘💕💕
DeleteI moved to Benin courtesy of marriage. Upper sokponba is a notorious area to live in. During the clash between cult groups last year, it was opportunity for these boys to rob people. Businesses were robbed even during the day with arms OK. I was so afraid to go to 3rd junction. Where I live in upper is not that bad but areas like Nomayo,Tree house are violent places. Once when hubby and I closed for business, we were driving home and bumped into a group of boys of not more than 16years old with weapons, I didn't even suspect they were robbers at first, it was when hubby started reversing to chase them that I shouted on him. I asked him what he wanted to do, he said let him go and chase them and try and hit at least one person down. I screamed o, I was pregnant o. I told him,"going after young boys with weapons? Hmm. I told him to drive us home Biko. I was shaken that night, iwas trembling all through the night.
ReplyDeleteThis place must be very bad.
DeleteYour hubby sef, those boys no get joy and can be very dangerous. Good you were there with him
DeleteLet me go anonymous here. The most dangerous areas are Ijesha, Mushin, Bariga. The rate at which these boys smoke igbo, cause social unrest and the rest is alarming. They will just do street blocks and start collecting money from danfo, trailers and the likes.
ReplyDeleteThe environment is very dirty and roads are horrible. Poverty level is very high. Not a cool place to raise your kids.
Where in Mushin?
DeletePalm avenue, papa Ajao are very calm and they're also in Mushin. Always specify in order not to mislead people.
I was brought up in mushin and I turned out good. Never for once did we experience arm robbery attack in our home. Now I'm married and live off adeniyi Jones ikeja, just few months ago, our apartment was burgled and turned to something else. They steal cars easily here. I prefer mushin to ikeja.
DeleteAnon 13:29 I have said it here before that I was born and brought up in Mushin.Idi-oro Ghetto, Tollgate Onipanu,Fatai Atere/Railway line Oshodi those are the areas that I can tell u to be careful of in Mushin.
DeleteTrue...
DeleteTo prefer mushin to Ikeja....na wa oh.
DeleteBenin... They almost snatched my purse that contained my home and abroad while traveling to the East... Fear catch me no be small
ReplyDeleteOshodi in Lagos used to be one of such areas those days. You can't even come out of your house alone at dawn except you move in groups, else you'll be attacked
ReplyDeleteLagos - You see that area called Kosofe (Mile 12), no try am biko. You will just keep buying phone every month after collect your salary.
ReplyDeleteI heard Bariga and Mushin are also tough places to live.

Ijeshatedo wasn't like that before o. I was born dere and still living there atm.Whn I tell pple, dey find it hard to believe that i live dere because of my "butticious look".
ReplyDeleteOdion road, enerhen junction, iyara, mereguon, macavire just to mention a few. U see dis places in warri, beware of dem.
ReplyDeleteWarri and Sapele - all over, no area miss, all join for the matter.
DeleteAll the northern states are not safe..
ReplyDeleteIt only takes God's grace
How many northern states have you been to in ur life that you are generalizing like this for Godsake??? Why do people just like to spew nonsense out of their mouths with unconfirmed gist??? Is it not people that are living in the north? I was born and raised in the north and things are not as bad as you are trying to paint it. Just the normal few bad people just like every other state in Nigeria. Dont let ur hatred for muslims blind you and make you be typing unconfirmed nonsense
DeletePosh calm down. She lives in sokoto so she must be talking from experience.
Deletei thought sokoto is safe ...
DeleteAbuja is the safest state in Nigeria to live in

ReplyDeleteiyana oworo, bariga.. cultism is the order of the day
ReplyDeleteIn Ibadan places like Molete, Beere, Oje, Mapo, Itamerin, Opo, Agbowo and the likes are den of ndioshi
ReplyDeleteBefore the last election, as a part of our civic responsibility to the rural areas we decided to dig borehole at Beere, the agberoos in that area insisted we must pay 200k before we do anything
We just told them not to worry and took the project to somewhere else where we won’t have to pay
Bakassi I Calabar south
ReplyDeleteNo one mentioned any place in Abuja. Mpape used to be very notorious for robbery. Other business areas are notorious for theft including snatching of cars like Wuse 2, near AP plaza, Amigo and along Maitama streets not residential areas) Then be careful around Area 1 if you're transiting in the evening and Lokogoma area.
ReplyDeleteThat lokogoma ehnn.....hmmmm
DeleteGwarinpa and life camp, zone 5 ,durumi na most dangerous in Abuja
