  3. Third junction axis at upper sakponba Road, Benin. Broad day light if you are not careful your bag/phones will be snatched. My cousin's phone was once snatched while she sat inside the bus through the window. That place is a den for thieves.

  4. I moved to Benin courtesy of marriage. Upper sokponba is a notorious area to live in. During the clash between cult groups last year, it was opportunity for these boys to rob people. Businesses were robbed even during the day with arms OK. I was so afraid to go to 3rd junction. Where I live in upper is not that bad but areas like Nomayo,Tree house are violent places. Once when hubby and I closed for business, we were driving home and bumped into a group of boys of not more than 16years old with weapons, I didn't even suspect they were robbers at first, it was when hubby started reversing to chase them that I shouted on him. I asked him what he wanted to do, he said let him go and chase them and try and hit at least one person down. I screamed o, I was pregnant o. I told him,"going after young boys with weapons? Hmm. I told him to drive us home Biko. I was shaken that night, iwas trembling all through the night.

  5. Let me go anonymous here. The most dangerous areas are Ijesha, Mushin, Bariga. The rate at which these boys smoke igbo, cause social unrest and the rest is alarming. They will just do street blocks and start collecting money from danfo, trailers and the likes.

The environment is very dirty and roads are horrible. Poverty level is very high. Not a cool place to raise your kids.

    2. I was brought up in mushin and I turned out good. Never for once did we experience arm robbery attack in our home. Now I'm married and live off adeniyi Jones ikeja, just few months ago, our apartment was burgled and turned to something else. They steal cars easily here. I prefer mushin to ikeja.

    1. How many northern states have you been to in ur life that you are generalizing like this for Godsake??? Why do people just like to spew nonsense out of their mouths with unconfirmed gist??? Is it not people that are living in the north? I was born and raised in the north and things are not as bad as you are trying to paint it. Just the normal few bad people just like every other state in Nigeria. Dont let ur hatred for muslims blind you and make you be typing unconfirmed nonsense

  21. In Ibadan places like Molete, Beere, Oje, Mapo, Itamerin, Opo, Agbowo and the likes are den of ndioshi

Before the last election, as a part of our civic responsibility to the rural areas we decided to dig borehole at Beere, the agberoos in that area insisted we must pay 200k before we do anything

We just told them not to worry and took the project to somewhere else where we won’t have to pay

  23. No one mentioned any place in Abuja. Mpape used to be very notorious for robbery. Other business areas are notorious for theft including snatching of cars like Wuse 2, near AP plaza, Amigo and along Maitama streets not residential areas) Then be careful around Area 1 if you're transiting in the evening and Lokogoma area.
