LEAVE YOUR COMFORT ZONE


The comfort zone can be so refreshing and peaceful, no challenges no stress, no goals, no deadlines just calmness. At the comfort Zone you have a ready answer to every question and there you do not have to strive to be a better person because such driving force does not exist there.


While at the comfort zone it is practically impossible to try to be all that you can. The decision to leave the comfort zone and go for a better version of yourself starts from a conscious decision from your mind. In your subconscious mind you must be ready to take the bull by the horn and do something differently to get a better result. Sitting down and hoping things would get better would only birth repeated mistakes. Doing the same thing regularly and expecting a different result is madness.

The human brain works harder and smarter when it is tasked. Where it is left without use it gradually becomes redundant. Challenge yourself with people doing better in your career or field. It is only lazy people that badmouth successful people just to give themselves a solace for their poverty.

Laziness cannot be solved by prayers alone if you don’t work hard you would spend the rest of your life in the church shouting “I receive” with nothing to show for it. Hard work gives a befitting reward. A river that does not flow would soon smell. Get up and earn a living, sitting down with the belief that others should take care of you makes a person foolish with entitlement mentality. It is only when you have worked enough that you have the right to eat. Even on SDK blog before you can be gifted, you must have been an active blog visitor over a period of time, working is also encouraged here. 


Set goal and strife hard to achieve them

Where you decide to sleep, slumber and fold hands while others are working, poverty would come upon you kiss you, romance you until your surname is changed to Mr.\Mrs. Poverty.

RAPE AND WOMEN IN POWER

Dear  Stella,
I greet you and all sdks. This rape issue just like the racism in America and across the world is a matter that comes seasonally without concrete solutions put in place. Protests and hastags. But we humans should evolve about our beastly tendencies.


I write to tell all in authority it is not enough to tell the world you feel bad about the rape or say something must be done. This is the time for women in power, in positions of influence to rally together and find a solution or at least control measures because waiting on men to take action will never happen as 10% of men in power are guilty of such.
Now how would you as women rally around.


1. Identify and demand legislation to increase the penalty for rape. This involves telling the world what Nigeria has in its law for rape and what you want to see. I suggest child rape gets life, rape leading to death gets death, caught in the act gets death, rape by an authority figure gets life while others gets jail sentence 2 times the age of the abused.


2. The women professional should develop affordable rape kits and ensure the government funds it's production and distribution to government hospitals and police stations. This must be affordable and will help gather data on rape cases reported and investigated.


3. Set up of THE HUMANE CARE UNITS in government hospitals and opposite police STATIONS. This unit must have toll free direct line to report rape cases, pedophiles and abuses (eg House servants). It must be next to the police stations to ensure that the children, teenagers nd women in police custody are properly cared for as we know rape in police stations have be heard of. This center must be manned and run by women. It must also have a counselling and therapy department to care for post rape.


4. The women in power and areas of influence should create free legal units to help individuals "I say individuals because women, children and men especially boys are also raped" who cannot afford to go to cut or protect their identity.


5. False accusations of rape must also bear at least half the penalty for rape itself to serve as deterrence because the false accusations is a mockery of all the victims of rape.


RAPE IN EVERY CULTURE AND TRADITION IN AFRICA AND MOST OF THE WORLD IS AN ABOMINATION which requires the whole community to take action not just women but in an era where idiots rule the world women must act. Mothers please fight for our future.

6. Education is key to curbing rape by education I mean enlighten this who do not know things like age of consent, right the woman has to her body, self control, definition of NO!. This must be done through media, movies, school clubs etc.


Rape is a crime against God, the Law, man, tribe, community, the land and the ancestors.

Real men don't rape.

TESTIMONY 


Good day Stella,

 I just want you to help me share my testimony in your blog. This happened  on Thursday June 4th at about 6:30am while I was going for my usual early morning work out. A brand new Camry car with tinted glass drove in front of me and stopped apparently waiting for me to jog pass them.

 I didn't even notice any foul play and I continued jogging and when I got close to where the car was, a guy opened the door from the back seat and said "hey you, excuse me". I ignored and continued jogging and then, he ran after me and dragged me and was taking me close to where the car was parked. I screamed and at that moment, he landed a heavy blow on my neck. People that heard me scream started running. They were two other guys waiting inside the car and they were all fully harmed with guns. 

I started begging them. the one at the passenger's seat yelled at me saying "you dey mad? You wan look our face? Make we off you? At that point, the guy dragging me landed me another slap right inside my left eye saying " you dey look our face? You nor dey fear face?" The other guy at the driver's seat said "drag her enter motor e. You dey waste time".... Those few seconds, I felt I was dead already. I was already seeing stars as a result of the slap. Nobody came to my rescue, they were all running. 

It was like I was in another world entirely. The whole area was now quiet and I felt there was no hope for me anymore. But God did it. I don't even know what happened, I don't know how God came through for me, I don't know how he did it, I don't know how he caused confusion in their midst, but they only took my phone and mp3 and drove off, leaving me to my fate. 

I am still in shock, thank God I wasn't raped, thank God I wasn't killed. What would I have said? I don't deserve this. I have not offended anybody to warrant such. I don't even pray for my enemies to experience such. It's so traumatizing Stella. Up till now am still in shock. I always have panic attack. It's been days now but still feels like it happened few minutes ago. What if I was killed at that point? Some people would say "she was a runs girl, some would say why was she jogging that early? Some would say she was dating a yahoo guy and they used her for rituals". I just thank God for life. 

This incident happened at obe, along Sapele road in Benin city. Just few days after uwa's incident. Please my good people of Edo, you people should be very careful. avoid going out late or very early in the morning please I am on my kneels. These animals are on the loose especially now that election is near. Things are happening. These are dangerous times. Protect yourself and children. I have been in pains for days now, to eat is even a problem. I am still in shock and always having panic attacks especially when i hear a male's voice. It even get worse when i read rape stories online.

 I have been indoor since it happened. I am even scared of going out. I don't think I would have been able to survive it if my enemy was raped. Even as I type this, my hands are shaking. I don't even know how to erase the memories from my head no matter how hard I try. I am even scared of going out. I don't even think those guys are robbers. Something tells me they are ritualists. They only took my phone but couldn't take my life cos God was with me. Please my people, let's all just all be careful, especially now that election is just around the corner.
