ReplyDeleteThe only question I wish to ask her, is that excess skin? how does one deal with folds of skin, after loosing s much weight??
love you lepacious B!
That it, the excess skin
DeleteBuild your muscle or go under the knife
DeleteI am Anon 15.37.
DeleteOriginalshugargir:are you in my wsap group ( trying to loose weight, fear of the folds of skin?
Chyachebe: you mean having muscles will help the excess skin? I can't afford any knife option.
But thanks to both of you for your lovely response
You can loose those excess skin by lifting weight to give your muscles strength.
DeleteIf you do weight lifting, you won't have excess skin..
If you don't want excessive skin, lose the weight slowly not drastically.
DeleteThen, add exercise that will tone your muscles.
However, if you take the fast approach, you'll have to go under the knife
Okay o

Looool. You're so frigging ignorant. There are a lot of medical conditions that detail weight loss, or make losing weight extremely difficult no matter what you do. Read up. There's google, there are online forums you can get educated on. Dindinrin

Delete15:43, that's so not true, I don't eat much but the weight is still there going strong... There are medical conditions that hinder weight loss o, I even have a friend that eats like no tomorrow but she's a size 8-10
DeleteWe are not talking about "medical conditions" here, which is a small percentage of the population.
DeleteHow many people have hypothyroidism or anterior pituitary tumors? Use the internet yourself.
We are talking about people being fat due to diet.
