The lady who married a virgin but husband threw her out to move in his pregnant mistress because she hasn't given birth. I wept on her behalf. It saddens me when a woman keeps herself despite the temptations around only to face childlessness and an unfaithful husband. Stories like that make people doubt if living according to God's standards makes sense in the world we live in today, especially as those who live the "wayward" life seem to have the best with zero consequences.

Chronicles will always be there because life in itself is full of twist and turns. People with good intentions will always meet people who may have good intentions or bad or are simply dysfunctional. We live in a society where a lot of us come from homes that are broken in some way shape or form. Broken can be a home that is separated or even with father and mother and children in the same house. It is the complexity of life.
ReplyDeleteI have learnt a lot from loads of chronicles. I too have gone through separation twice and loads of heart ache in marriage but this blog has really helped me make decisions that have been influenced by some of the things I have read via chronicles and other stories.
Let’s not abuse or insult people who send in chronicles that may be similar to what we have read in the past because you don’t know how you will walk in their shoes.
