  2. I am sitting on this table. Me a God lover, married an unbeliever ego has no atom of fear of God in him. Cos we r ttcing, he will do me to go n try outside to see of another man can impregnate me and he will try wit a virgin to test his potency. Is it d sleeping out on countless times, I bring 95% of d finances in the house. He is so heart hardened, my God. He doesn't Barth an eyelid to threaten to put me out. Marring an unbeliever is d worst thing any believer can do. Am watching and strategizing

    1. Have you tried praying for his repentance? No heart is too hard to for God to soften. All he needs is just one encounter with God and he will be more faithful than you. I will advise you go into midnight warfare prayers and fasting

    2. Being a believer or non believer has nothing to do with it. You married a wicked person. My ex husband was the type that does dry fasting every week from Thursday to Sunday, every damn week. He prays 3 times a day, 2 hrs each quoting scriptures and verses. He knows the bible off hand. He heads societies in church, a true believer in the eyes of the world but he is a breathing demon, a monster. Behind closed doors ehhh, a lot happen. If I open my mouth here, wahala go dey. So leave matter, get a good person, not neccesarily from the church. Scammers full church.

    3. Lol. I stand on this table. I learnt to refocus on my salvation and guard it with all diligence. Just like that, joy came back in my heart. Don't let that man give u hell on earth and drag ur soul to hell too. Remember to focus on you and your relationship with God. I wish u peace that passeth all understanding.

  3. 🙄here we go again.
How about we just pray to marry a good person who actually believes in something.

    1. Being good isn't enough to weather the storms of life. Read anon 10:26 comment and you will see it is beyond that when the storms of life strike. A good person can turn bad . Being good doesn't do much for you for at that point it can be thrown out the window but being a believer makes it easy. If that anon had married a true believer he won't go out to commit adultery under the guise of trying his luck outside.

    2. I said “a good person who believes in something”. I’d have explained what I meant vividly but I don’t want to be misunderstood again.
That anon there married a bad person, believer or not.
Isn’t it in here we read about inhuman stuff clergymen do? Aren’t they believers?
      Come off it jor.

    3. Then those clergymen are not believers. Believer are godly people who oney the word of God not those who hold titles. Those oncebyou mentioned are just religious people dazall there are not godly and don't follow the doctrine.😎
Even In The Christian faith they are plenty. Wolves in sheep clothing.

    4. Annon 13:24, don't be deceived there are so many good people out there that don't necessarily share same idea with your faith pattern. Being good is beyond just saying Jesus is Lord. Even the Pharisees believed they are better than Jesus and they slept in the synagogues night and day whereas the faith of the centuriom is better than theirs. It will shock most people when the book of life is open and una start seeing people's deeds

  4. Hmm! So one can not marry an unbeliever and turn him/her to a believer?

    3. It's possible but not advisable...

      2 Corinthians 6:14-15
Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers [do not make mismated alliances with them or come under a different yoke with them, inconsistent with your faith]. For what partnership have right living and right standing with God with iniquity and lawlessness? Or how can light have fellowship with darkness?
What harmony can there be between Christ and Belial [the devil]? Or what has a believer in common with an unbeliever?

    4. Let him become a believer first before you marry him or her.

    5. “And the woman that hath an unbelieving husband, and he is content to dwell with her, let her not leave her husband. For the unbelieving husband is sanctified in the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified in the brother: else were your children unclean; but now are they holy.”
      ‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭7:13-14‬ ‭ASV‬‬

  5. She has a strong point. I know I will never marry an unbeliever.

  6. Truth be told I don’t understand how partners have different faiths and believe. It’s hypocrisy or other interests are in play because either way the different books (bible or quran) has verses that has spoken against each one.

  9. What of unbelievers who change?

    Can't one change an unbeliever?

Acts 11:21 And the hand of the Lord was with them: and a great number believed, and turned unto the Lord.

    John 8: 28 Then said Jesus unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am he, and that I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things.     31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;
For better understanding John chapter 8 should be read from verse 21 -30

Sometimes to understand a verse I can read the whole chapter

    2. Change them before you marry them and be sure they are not pretending to change. its unlikely the person will change after marriage.

  10. A person who claims to be Christian but does not obey the moral commands of God and imitate Jesus is worse than an unbeliever. Marrying both are recipes for disaster

  14. Story... believer indeed. Everyone is claiming believer in Nigeria but how come Nigeria is a mess and even pastors are looting the country blind. So called believers in position of power are also looting. SMH. Nigerians and flambouyant Christianity. Maybe because you have been found to be a fake believer and married your match, that’s why you are in a mess of a marriage.

  15. Nigerian church-goers are the worst set of human beings to encounter. They are very pretentious and judgmental set of sinners. There are less than 0.00001% christians in Nigeria. Most of them are church-goers who confuse "themselves" as christians.

  16. Comments soo far shows that people don't even know who a believer is.
Soo many people read their bible always, attend various church programs but let me tell you.. Activities doesn't make you a believer/christian.
Meaning of the CHRISTIAN: The disciples were called Christians in the city of ANTIOCH because they were behaving like Christ.
Behaving like Christ is not just when i carry my Bible and start casting out demons.. Believe me anyone even an IFA priest can do it.
Christ Jesus said in the Holy book that.. Little children learn of me, I'm humble, Meek, gentle etc.. These are some of the things we should see in you if truly you're in Christ.
Take for example: A man who is meek, humble and gentle will not disrespect, beat and insult his wife.
In conclusion please Christianity no be by say person dey speak in tongues, sabi sing or pray.
A true believer/christain is someone who manifest the FRUITS OF THE SPIRIT.
Fruit of Spirit??... Read Galatians chapter 5vs20 you will understand better. Thanks
