      Tear or strain?
      If it’s a strain, rest the muscles, no exercise for a couple of days, take paracetamol too.
      If it’s a tear, get your ass to the hospital ASAP.
      I suspect it’s a strain though. If it was torn, you wouldn’t be here typing comments.

    Our neighbours teen daughter has a teen boyfriend she hides and chats with in one dark area in my neighbourhood the mom heard of it and waited for them to sneak out one night. Her daughter went out to meet her supposed boify, the mother caught them and warned the boy to stop calling out small small girls else she will deal with him in this street. The arrogant boy not knowing that's his mother in law yelled at her to mind her business and keep moving. Mamma vex, ontop my child, held his shirt and tried to shake him up a bit. Boy vex, slapped her, daughter screamed that's my mother you slapped. People gathered and the matter now get as e be.
