DESPERATION 

When you are extremely desperate especially in a love relationship, you would always behave extremely and make wrong decision. There is no age that love cannot find you. We would only need to change our perceptions about love.

Last week while watching catching up on some series I had missed, I heard noise from Lawrence my neighbor’s flat. I thought he had guests so I did not even worry myself until my husband’s phone rang and it was him. He needed our help urgently. We ran there only to find Lawrence with a severe injury on his hand, his girlfriend Alice and another girl were fighting. My husband ran to him trying to pull him to his feet and take him to the hospital while I tried to separate the girls na so I hear “tas oh”, I saw stars. Chei these girls slapped my face. I got angry and poured water on them. 

It was on the way to the hospital that we understood what actually happened. Alice stays in another state, so during this lockdown Lawrence brought another girl in. During one of their calls, the Alice heard a lady’s voice. She came in that day to fight Lawrence and the girl. Apparently she came with a knife; it was in the process of collecting the knife from Alice, that Lawrence and the other girl sustained injuries. When Lawrence came back from the hospital he chased Alice from his house that he did not want to see her again.

Alice has been calling me for days now to help her talk to my neighbor. She keeps telling me that she must marry him as she has spent so much on him and she is not getting any younger. She also said she has been on the mountain since the incident praying for God to touch Lawrence.

 I don’t know what to tell my neighbor ohhh.



Hahahahahahaha better say nothing...If she marries,him,you will get a slap every week..lol

MYTH OR REALITY???



Few days ago, I had discussion with someone and in the course of our discussion, she said something that got me thinking. It was about people patronizing 'okrika' wears. She said, clothes bought from this 'okrika' sellers need to be prayed upon and anointed before usuage after being washed. She made this firm belief and assertion that, there's a transfer of spirit from the previous user of that cloth to the new user.

she went on to say, there are manifestation of some strange behaviors you see people pick up all of a sudden which she attributed could be behaviors of the initial owners of those clothes. Saying I am still in shock about the possibility of such a thing is an understatement. I mean how true could this be? Though it wasn't my first time hearing this but with the manner with which she talked about it, got me thinking.


Can a fairly used cloth if a spell isn't cast on it influence one's behaviors suddenly or is that another form of myth?


During blood transfusion, an individual we be scrutinized before donating blood. I once asked a doctor years back why do they ask of criminal record of a blood donor, I can understand for medical history but not about people's lifestyle. He said it is very important, for life runs in the blood and a blood gotten from a criminal or an addict can negatively take over the recipient. 

This got me asking again,if that is the case, will there be a perfect blood for donation? No individual has a perfect lifestyle so what will then happen with other lifestyles that may not be criminal related, such as drinking, nagging, cheating, fighting and so on. Could this be the reason some people reject blood being given to them?



Hmmmmm this is serious and i think it is important Jehovas witnesses on this Blog explain the second part about rejecting blood.
