Even though I comment under anon, I’ve always stressed it that when u see any post or pic about someone u are indifferent about or better still, someone u don’t want to appreciate , simply move on to another post that catches ur fancy. By so doing , u will save us d problem of whatever negative comment u would have spewed, which would definitely be countered by that person’s fans & we know what follows. I’m happy that people are preaching (literally) about trolls & gradually , some day. one will be ashamed to troll anybody, when u see yourself doing it alone. These people u troll are human, they read ur negative comments & sometimes lies , about them & it gets to them. We will get there.

ReplyDeleteI do it everyday now. Gone are the days when I fight ignorant idiots under instablog comment section because God forbid that is how future LOML will see me degrading myself. A lot of Nigerians are naive and under-educated and stubbornly want to remain so. Wrong and strong. and Proudly so. Don't waste your time trying to correct them or see how stupid they really are. Now I just scroll or avoid comment section altogether. If not I will be tempted to respond to some brain dead comments.

A lot of people are frustrated naturally and they are looking for who to suffer with them. Don't give them that power. Even ex bf and ex gf dey troll themselves and those are people who used to love each other. not to talk of complete strangers. when u understand that trolls suffer every day they wake up and have to live another miserable day, you will feel pity for them sef.
