Immigration officers In Bop Daddy Challenge Receive Transfer Letters To BH Terrorised States

Five female immigration officers who took part in singer Falz' Bop Daddy challenge have been posted to some of the states affected by Boko Haram terrorism.

In April, the officers were issued queries by the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS) after their video participating in the challenge went viral and caused the organization 'a lot of embarrassment.'

In a memo exclusively obtained, Priscilla Irabor, Catherine J. Bakura, Blessing Alfred Udida, Binti I. Attabor and Ockiya Eneni have now been posted to states where insurgency and banditry are rife, and have just 7 days to report at their new places of assignment.

Priscilla Irabor was transferred from NIS Lagos State Command to the Nigeria Immigration Training School, Kano (ITSK), while Binti Attabor was reposted from the service headquarters in Abuja to the Yobe State Command.

Catherine Bakura was moved from the Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport in Enugu to the Nigeria Immigration Training School Ahoada in Rivers State.

The remaining two, Blessing Alfred Udida and Ockiya Eneni were respectively reposted from the FCT (Abuja) Command and CERPAC (Combined Expatriate Residence Permit and Aliens Card) production facility to Akwa Ibom State Command and Borno State Command.

You can't put roots down anywhere. Tomorrow they will just transfer you to ends of the earth.
So all those collecting money and bribe at the airports and passport offices, they aren't putting the organization to shame enh?
Let them transfer those ones first.

    1. They could have had fun without the uniforms. Imagine throwing something as significant as their beret around for thirst and likes on Instagram.

I am sure if you checked their conduct handbook, their actions qualify as misconduct.

Make them go Borno go behave like bloody civilians since that's what they want so bad.

    2. Doctors participated... Lawyers too... pilots and the crew of one famous airline joined in (should be Emirates or so, I can't recall) different people in their various fields... so what's the big deal about these ones. What exactly is their crime. It's only petty issues like this that they'll have energy for, when it comes to getting seriously involved they'll go mute.
      Yeye people.

  11. This is quite sad. They actually gave the Nigerian immigration good publicity by making them look beautiful and approachable.

It's a pity they were rewarded like this. Americans hailed their military women who did the same thing. But trust Nigeria to do the opposite.

I wish the ladies well and hope they go far in their careers against all odds.

      I wish them good luck.

    2. Which good publicity? Most of you are so myopic and shallow in your thoughts. Go and twerk on social media and let it go viral - see if your employers will clap for you. Working in a structured organisation bars you from indulging in some personal acts. They may be inimical and at variance with the values of the organization. In some private organisations, they may have been fired.

    1. You are even portraying yourself to be more useless and unreasonable, based on your thoughts and comments. They portrayed the immigration service as an unserious and undisciplined organisation. Why wear the uniform to do that? Is it an official assignment?

  16. Did they break any law? Why so harsh?

  17. They were wrong. They are govt staff. Once u wear that uniform, U are an ambassador of the country. They are lucky they were not sacked. If they don’t like it let them resign. It’s too bad.

    1. What they did is wrong and a gross misconduct to the service, when you join a structured organisation, one of your first obligation is to read the handbook and act guilding the service, its clearly stated there. These girls are baby officers who joined few years ago but have undergone 9months of training so why go against the service rules, they are posted out. Some offences even attract dismasal or stoppage of salary.some officers were sacked last year after spending over 20, 30years on the job cos of such unruly behavior without any severance pay. Immigration don't allow misconduct if reported. they can still learn from this
