The governor on Monday said that all the 218 Almajiri's who were repatriated to Kaduna from other states have now tested free of COVID-19 and would be compulsorily enrolled in primary school.
He added that the former child urchins were being restored full human rights as children, dignity and hope.
“Every child in Kaduna has equal opportunity and access to 12 years of Free and Compulsory Education in our public schools,” he said.
That's how it's suppose to be all along. I applaud him for this.
