Happy Saturday!
I posted anonymous night post yesterday and had someone help me do the comments while i took a nap and i woke up to see that it was full of more replies and more chronicles and comments that didnt fit in there....I work with headings when i do posts and i regret giving it to someone to help me moderate......If you have a chronicle that needs attention,please my email address is at the end in each comment section,please it to me and stop littering the comment section with posts asking for advice,it is really not nice...it is a lot of hard work trying to keep the comment section sane to be enjoyable,it is a lot of work.
I have changed it from anonymous night post to Friday night post and i will not be bringing the anonymous night post back until for a while...let it rest.

Shopping on Saturdays since lock down is horrible cos of the social distancing queues and not allowing more than a certain amount of people into food shopping malls at once....I also have to shop online for clothes for the first time .....today nah today!

When you hold on to guilt,you insult God's mercy. You make it look as if your sins is bigger than His mercy,you make it seems as if the one who died for you has no right or cannot forgive you,you exalt yourself above your creator.
God will always forgive you for the same reason He forgive you the first time.
This morning accept God's mercy and let go of that guilt. Don't die in or with that guilt.His grace is sufficient for you and I.

ReplyDeleteTo the BV that posted some days back that her husband farts while asleep, please get him probiotic enzymes (lactobacillus) from any chemist shop to increase the microbial amount in his intestine.
You can also give him yoghurt with the PROBIOTIC ENZYMES STILL ALIVE. I emphasized on these words because the commercially available ones has the enzymes already killed. So check the label to see it indictes they are alive and active.
These beneficial microorganisms help to break down protein in the intestine and thus reduces or eliminates farting.
Also, yoghurt helps to reduce the circumference of the belly = flat belly.
