  3. Peeps keep saying, sadly true that Nigeria is a rudderless country. How best do one explain the near total silence from the number one citizen during a global crisis that is eerily and gradually impacting your country. The smart thing would have been to mandate Prof. Osinbajo to anchor daily briefings on COVID-19. But nay, for the fear of Vice outshining Oga, Nigerians are spoon-fed with pictures of Oga washing his hands, sitting on presidential sofa, smiling while the entire nation is on edge.
Can we end this comedy show and get back to being serious.

Meanwhile, Chad has pulled out of the regional security arrangement to combat Boko Haram in Lake Chad. Just a few days after they dealt a big blow on the terrorists.
Put 2 + 2 together, and take a few seconds to weep for Nigeria.

    1. Chad pulled out because Nigeria aren't sincere on the fight. They are the financial of the Islamic sect and as such complicit as well.

  12. Yes . Like anytime I think about it I just get angry. It hurts taking us for fools.
They just ignore saying we can only rant and can't do anything. Even if we finally can do something, someone out there would snitch just to get to the top.
    I bleed for Nigeria.

  22. Who else noticed that 90% of our moslem brothers don’t believe in ds Coro & they don’t wear masks? We gave our security man some masks but he rejected it. Only God know whether there’s Coro in Naija, bcoz hundreds of thousands would have gone by now. Everyone should just hold on to his or her God.

  23. @Teejay so Nigeria is the sponsor of BH. I think most of us Nigerians suffer from selective amnesia. For years BH has launched it offensive against the govt of Nigeria from the trio countries of Cameroon, Niger and Chad, the reason why the were co-opted into the fight by the government of Nigeria. If these countries had been more helpful in the early days of BH, the group would never have grown to the monster it has become. They had always attacked Nigeria from the confines of these countries and if you are a student of the regional power matrix, you would understand that these countries do not mind a Nigeria with reduced influence even if it is because of sustained insurgency. Shekau took shelter in Niger after the Yar'adua onslaught of 2009. All these do not detract from the strength of the Chadian army is one very strong in the area of counter-insurgency. Of course, we also have to agree that our army needs to up their game in terms of equipment and expertise especially with the knowledge that aside the civil war our experience has mostly been in peace keeping operations and this is a deficit.

    1. Will you just shut up @Paul. I don't give a rat's ass about TJ but your dislike for this fellas has made you ignore the fact that there is an element of truth in TJ's statement. Money meant for the army to finance the fight BH is being siphoned off and fighting equipment do not get the foot soldiers at the battlefield. No accountability, no transparency, nothing by people in power. That in itself is by default collusion by the same people who claimed that BH will be wiped out in 1 year as soon as they get into office. Immediately oga came into office, he was busy chasing shadows and enemies under the guise of fighting audio corruption; remember this was way before BH grew to become the monster we have today.
