    1. Olori is a wife not a crowned title. Once divorced she can’t call herself Olori

  15. Nigerians are the reasons some of these kings are so lawless. Under the modern system of government in the U.K. with centuries of monarchy, the Queen is respected but has no real powers. British taxpayers are being refunded H&M’s frogmore renovation money.
In Naija, Obas are calling themselves “imperial majesty”, spraying money all over with abjectly poor town people looking on. I’ve seen a video where they even insult them by throwing the money up for who can catch it first. This is humiliating for the people, like the ex senator singing “Enu mi tife, Bamigbe, rolls Royce Lamborghini, houses in other countries”. He has not been arrested for openly boasting he has a garage full of cars costing over $1m. Nigerians, I know it is the culture to respect some people but respect is earned in today’s world. A man like you has 20 hefty men who could contribute to our GDP carrying his attire and hailing his every unproductive move? In a town less than 20,000 folks minus the college? Humans working as garage door opener and coded gate replacement? I speak for Yorubas on this and I know other tribes are similar, did you listen to Awolowo’s diction on October I video by Kunle Afolayan on Netflix? In 1960? Compare to the English minus typos on tech products that you hear nowadays!

No disrespect to anyone or institution. Did you know Oba Adesoji Aderemi was a top ranking Intellectual official in the West, they built ranches, not RUGA, built farm settlements, provided free education, tarred roads etc and there was no oil from sapele to Lagos and Osogbo? Where are the youths? He wasn’t known for openly celebrating his ancestral idols but in developing the community. History, real Nigerian history should be taught regionally and nationally to our youths to college level to stop charlatans parading the country as leaders! Go to you tube and google Thomas Sankara, he became the president of Burkina Faso ( changing the name from Upper Volta) at 33. Burkinabes, men, women built the railroads, he planted trees to prevent desert encroachment and was the first person to fight for women’s rights. No offense, until the youths become more serious than their private parts gdp, there can be no real change and their generation will be enslaved by the Chinese this time. Forums like this should awaken the youths to ask questions. These obas are rich but can construct the 10km rd in their town, they won’t! Holding parties and saying they have vaccine for a virus whose dna they cannot sequence forgetting a lot of vaccines are made from live attenuated viruses in labs! Youths don’t be disrespectful but demand more from your rulers from local to national and google imperialism and colonialism. That will stop you from calling ANYONE imperial majesty. If this current situation does not wake our youths up nothing will. Confined to face me or houses with little to no infrastructure and unable to open stores is not the same here. It’s very different. The safety nets are there, even for businesses. There is none except for Dino’s Comrades at looting!
