Media Gal Toke Makinwa Begs Those Giving Out Cash To Stop Putting Out Info Of The Recipients On The Social Media
Some five days ago on Instagram I had to message about two actresses to remove the info of the cash giveaway recipients that they published on their Instagram pages,I told them point blank that it was wrong and that they were breaking the data protection policy....
Besides,it was put out in a bad way for traffic...methinks!

Someone on her page even called her attention to it, but she responded by saying she is gonna post more. I personally believe that when you help, you do not have to broadcast it. Let your left hand not know what the right hand did. God who sees your dress in private will reward you openly... Kapish

On ds blog a few days ago, some BVs were commending some celebs for assisting d poor with their donations & some urged other celebs to follow suit . Now tell me how u will know who did what? Besides , some of u will see it as show off, but I feel it motivates , encourages & pushes others to do same, instead of selfishly using their money on ostentatious lifestyle. Personally , I don’t see anything wrong in it. Why is d Federal & State government mentioning d names of donors? Don’t u think that others joined bcoz they saw Dangote & Otedola do so? By d way, no be una dey abuse Toke & her group of slayers who display their acquisitions on SM? Surprise that ds is coming from Toke or is it boredom? I love her though.

They should announce the names of the beneficiaries of their giveaways. Its not EASY. Toke you cannot dictate to the givers the way to choose to help out. Some of you stay calling all this celebs stingy and when they give out publicly,, healous ones like Toke will be there to point it out. Madam do your own giveaway and publish their names on the national dailies e no mean. How much are this people given tho that would make them the target of cyber crime. Max 10k or a little over. Toke steadily criticizing other people noble and good deeds. Madam Toke go and do your own!
Seems like you didn’t read what she wrote. She herself helps people out and flaunts it. She meant you should blur the faces or details of those you help to maintain their dignity. If someone helps you and posts your face and name on social media, will you like it? You can post pictures and blur the faces, account details etc

ReplyDeleteThe recipients put up their bank account details on social media by themselves. A lot of them add photos of themselves in bed on drip.
My point is its the beneficiary while begging that blast their bank details nd photographs publicly, hoping to be picked or whatever.
Stop blasting ppl who are trying. So many so called celebs are suffering dont bash them on top the matter
