I wish that one day Stella will do a BEP of things that God have done in your life or things that have happened that left in awe. It will inspire and encourage so many.

The only cream You should rub in your bikini area, that is immediately after shaving, its a calming cream called bepanthol or panthenol. Rub for about two or three days and stop.
Do not shave your private part first, Shave up first then start shaving down till you get you ur penis/vagina area. After shaving around the main place do not shave up again.

Today marks 2 weeks and few days of isolation without sugar. Indoor cycling 60kms a day, no meat, dairy or flour. The change has been fantastic! I feel great! Zero carbonated drinks! A healthy diet, gluten free, caffeine free, sugar free and a 2 hour home workout each day! Lost 15 Kg’s of fat and gained muscle mass.

This my neighbour told me sometimes ago that I am rushing my daughter of 3 years and and 5 month in her academics
Just because she can write 1-50 and capital and small letters of the alphabet.
So during this lockdown I have started teaching her colour identification and 50- 100.
Not with force or anything just normal 30 minutes lesson everyday.
And this my daughter loves writing on her on she will pick her pencil and take her lesson note and start writing her alphabet on her own at anytime.
This neighbour heard my baby reading two and three letter words, she said I am putting pressure on her , which is a total lie . She was taught in school and we are are always doing revision at home every day.
I just ignored her.
Please house at that age what should a child know and learn?
There's really no age to these things. Just let her learn at her own pace, I know because I've got nieces & nephews in same age brackets & their capabilities are same.

ReplyDeleteSomeone please help. I have bald hair for almost two years now. My hair has receded to the extent l can't open it in public. I only wear wigs for almost a year now. I cut the whole hair in January to see if it will grow back normal. The receded part is not growing back. I noticed things like rashes on the edge of the hair. Used antibiotics tablets and creams yet no improvement. I don't know what else to do am below 30yrs

Stop taking tablets or rubbing creams on your scalp.

When you take your bath daily, wash your scalp and massage every area very well. Do this daily.
Are you male or female. Guess it doesn’t matter. Men wear wigs too. If you are a male, shave your hair. If you are female, you can also shave everything and just depend on wigs.

(1) Ask the Lord to deal with their hearts.
(2) Practice saying NO. Stand up for yourself.
(3) Ask yourself some hard questions like, "Why do I allow people to take advantage of me?"
(4) Be determined to walk in love BUT also to have boundaries in place to protect you from selfish people who don't yet realize that they're all about themselves.

I've been trying to help out with foodstuff this period and even people I gave the day before would still come to my gate as early as 6am the next day for more, without a care for those that have never benefitted. I was going to do this once every two weeks but everyday, there is someone unfamiliar at the gate with a familiar crying baby.....and ofcourse, I can't say No.I am tired of the petty scams.

I've been following this blog for years and do comment on some posts where I have something to say,but I noticed that posts like spontaneous and IHN usually have plenty comments, at times within 1mins you have over hundred comments,yesterday for instance spontaneous had over 300 comments but in other informative and educative posts,you have like 20 or 30 comments. This has got me wondering. Probably there's something I don't know. PLS are the giveaways usually attached to you commenting on spontaneous? I know there's usually in house memo and blog PA usually pass info in spontaneous. PLS I need enlightenment

ReplyDeleteSo i saw where the one million gangs or whatever they are called wrote a letter that they'll be at surulere, truly it's no joke. From 11:50 till about 3am there was a sound of gunshots. I was practically scared and was praying no evil will befall me and my family.
Bv's who are resident in Surulere Lagos, Trust you guys are safe. God's protection are within you Amen. Enjoy the rest of your day.
