I can deduct from your comment you most likely are not a parent. All my children did the "dada" thing. It's just a sound not necessarily "daddy". Fathers love to rub it in our face for fun.
DeleteBabies and children that spend more time around adults tend to speak up earlier. My niece is a reference. At 4years, she exhibits more than my BIL’s son who is about 4 months older than her.

DeleteIt's possible, as long the child can make baby noise. It might not be loud and clear but if you listen well you'll understand the word the child is trying to say. Besides my first baby word was 'Baba' refering to her granddad she barely see at 7 months.

Babies even from 3 months can say anything at any time. You can't predict what they will say. They may choose to say Dada 100 times in a day.
