  2. Both! They both sacrifice differently.

In some homes, the father is working and making sure there's food in the house, the kids never defaults in paying their school fees and also that they always have clothes to wear, shelter over their and even money to pay offertory every Sunday and evening service.

Mothers on the other hand make sure that kids are well cared for and well nurtured. She make sure to make the house a comfortable home for all, some even give up their jobs to raise the kids, do the school run sometimes and even help their husbands in making good financial decisions.

I believe both parents sacrifice a lot.

If you ask some people, they will use their home experience to give an answer.

  3. I can't really tell.
I think it depends on the sacrifice though.
What I've noticed is that my mum would never admit she did somethings, she'll tell you it's all my dad's doing.
I love both of them and pray for long life and good health for them. They are the best 💪💪

  6. Mum straight up.

Women literally give up their lives for everyone, while the man just continues his life like nothing. The women keep making adjustments upon adjustments so everything works.

    They are the life line.

  7. I feel it’s the Mother.
A Mother, sacrifices her body to bring forth a child
Boobs once perky, stomach very flat. After childbirth, feet gets bigger and shoes size in most cases go up. Just a half size though.
    The Nose gets bigger.
    Skin sef turns black.
Stomach becomes bigger and full of stretch marks.
The insults from some partners. Calling their wives Elephant all because she gave birth.
The sleep deprivation nko?? A Mother sacrifices her sleep time. Wakes up to breastfeed, change nappies or diapers. She uses her time to cook and make sure the house is clean. She helps with homework.
A Mother sacrifices more. That sweet mother song, says it all.

I am a typical one. I have sacrificed so much. Meanwhile the father doesn't even care..
The painful part of it when they become sonething in future the man suddenly realises he is athe father.

The road to success is looking kinda far buh I believe I'll get there someday to put big smiles on their faces... That is why I pray to God to always keep them alive for me🙏🙏🙏kuz by God's grace they will surely eat the fruit(s) of their labour😍

  24. Both sacrificed but a mother's sacrifice is way greater. Thumbs up to all mothers

  25. Mother without a shadow of a doubt, especially from childbirth, the process of which is between life and death. Women are committed (can die for their child) men are involved when it comes to sacrifices.

  26. Mums
Their impact in our lives can’t be left unnoticed.my neighbors child was picked up by SARS some weeks ago though the boy is a troublesome guy and very tough to live with but the guy called the parents after staying for like 1week at custody the father told him to live there and have fun,it’s the mother that was going up and down looking for money to bail the boy,she had to borrow 20k from someone for the boy to be released after a week and some days the papa no even blink an eyelid or bother himself about the boy and that’s the only son ooo😂😂😂
Mothers will always be mothers loving and compassionate no matter how useless the child is.

    1. The mother is an enabler of bad behaviour, please. Good mothers should not be enablers of bad behaviour. The boy may likely end up being a bad addition to society because of his mother

    2. Anon so he should die there?don't throw away the baby with the dirty water.

  29. is emotional wellbeing as important as financial wellbeing?.. I think so, cos rich kids are more prone to suicide. Whoever gives the greater portion of these two takes the glory. As a child, my father wins, gave me all he had and gave me so much confidence and belief in myself, The prayer warrior and prophet, my all. As a wife, I win, hands down. I provide ALL the emotional and spiritual support, and a portion of financials. I wish my husband will step by God's grace and leave the ways of the world. May God hear my Prayer, Amen.

  33. I think the Muslims in this blog will relate to this Hadith " After God and His Messenger, the next person to be respected and honored is mother, mother, mother, and then your father ". Housed you in her stomach for nine months ( rent and feeding free), then pushed you out with the energy that can never be compared after which she suckle you for some months. You will think she is done after weaning you, alas! Her work is just starting and it never ends because your problems automatically becomes hers and the circle continues until her last breath. Shout out to all great mothers out there.

  35. There are reasons why there are more widows than widowers. Men die first for obvious reasons. Women are overrated.
